Cheryl did a great job! She was thorough and kind. I also asked for cleaning inside my car which I understand they don't typically do so they didn't have the right tools but still did a decent job. Great price as well, would recommend!

Unfortunately I wish I could’ve received the service many of the reviews received. Unfortunately no cleaners showed up on May 7th at 10am when I was supposed to receive cleaning services and they never followed up with why no one showed up. The cleaning was needed for an inspection. Due to how I never received any sort of follow up, it was very unprofessional and frustrating.

We have had good cleaning services before, but Seattle Green Earth Cleaning is the very best. Their administrative and cleaning staff are well-trained, friendly, and always focused on giving the best service possible. Not only is our house left sparkling, but we feel good about supporting an organization that treats it's staff well.

I have used Seattle Green Earth Cleaning for over six years, and plan to continue for years to come. They are the absolute best. Their administrative team is responsive and supportive for scheduling and rescheduling. Their cleaning team is the best in the business. I appreciate that they bring all of their own cleaning supplies and tools, using no harsh chemicals and often using natural organic cleaning solutions. I hire them for a set amount of hours based on their estimation, they review your square footage, number of people living in the home, pets etc. My cleaners often go above and beyond by doing extra items if they have time, like my blinds. I love when they do my blinds. Most recently Robby was gracious enough to do just that. Robby did a fantastic job and showed that he cared by going above and beyond. I never have to worry that my home won't be a perfect 10 when their team is done.

We've been using Seattle Green Earth Cleaning for many years at this point. They are always professional, timely, and great at what they do. Our current regular is Mia and we are so lucky to have her. She knows exactly what we want and always goes above and beyond to make sure we're happy.

Over the years, there have been a few small accidents (something got knocked over or scratched from cleaning with the wrong tool) but they are always quick to point out their mistake, clean it up, and then get you a replacement ASAP with no questions asked and no hassle. We love Mia and we hope to keep her as long as possible!
