Fantastic service, fast response, and very reasonable pricing, especially for the job they did. The job site was cleaned properly, and they even promised the lawn will get reseeding if damaged.

These guys are excellent. I had some calls in for other estimates, but James came by to see my Doug fir, emailed an estimate, and proposed a work day before the other places even got around to answering my calls! The 3 Tree People who did the work were cheerful, courteous, careful, and complete in that they cut away the branches perfectly, chipped them up, and swept up after themselves as neatly as the Cat in the Hat.

Tree People is a local tree care company in the greater Seattle area. They can take care of almost anything related to cutting, removing, trimming, thinning or pruning back of trees (think mostly larger ones that you couldn't do yourself). They use a team of specialists that come out and do the job after you submit a formal and they come do an estimate for you. James was so nice and friendly, and him and his team came days earlier than they expected. Their team took a relatively short time to take care of business and were professional the whole time. The results were great and the price was better than most other local companies so we are extremely happy. I would highly recommend reaching out if you need help with some tree care.

I highly recommend Tree People Tree Care, specifically James. I contacted them regarding a tree assessment on my property, and James was incredibly responsive and helpful from the start, patiently answering all my questions. He visited the property on to provide a quote. Even though he determined that no work was actually necessary on the tree, I was so impressed with his honesty and straightforward approach. Instead of trying to sell me on unnecessary services, he clearly explained his assessment, stating he saw no hanging branches, rot, or other issues. He even acknowledged that someone particularly risk-averse might opt to trim some higher limbs, but reiterated that he didn't feel any work was required. I truly appreciate his integrity and the fact that he prioritized honesty over making a sale. If I ever do need tree care services in the future, Tree People Tree Care and James will be my first call.

Excellent experience with Tree People. James came to assess the trees on my property, provided quotes. We chose a time for him and his crew to come prune the parking strip maple. They arrived on time and finished the work in an hour. I appreciated the straightforward process of working with James and Tree People, they did great work and I would definitely hire again.

This crew are masters of their craft. I had a neighbor with an overgrown tree overhanging my roof. I brought them in to trim everything overhanging my property back to the property line. They managed to get all the limbs back to the fence line with no damage to my gutters and without having to access my neighbor's yard, truly impressed they were able to manage that. Will definitely be hiring them again.

James is a consummate professional who knows the city bureaucracy AND the trees. I had a huge dead tree removed that required a crane, and was thrilled with the work. The crew worked fast and it was fascinating to watch. They cleaned up beautifully, and most amazing to me was that there wasn't any damage to my garden which was literally right under the tree!
I am a confirmed Tree People fan, and recommend them without reservation.

James and the crew at Tree People are great. He was much more responsive than other companies I reached out to and arranged his schedule around to accommodate my semi-emergency job. Some collateral damage happened but it was resolved quickly and went above and beyond to make it right. I’ll never call another arborist.

I needed tree pruning for insurance purposes Seattle Tree Care came exactly when they said for an estimate, sent the estimate promptly, and have been very easy to deal with. The day of the pruning they gave me a window is when to expect them and when I requested them to come early in that window, they arrived right at the start of the time they said. They worked cleanly and efficiently, only removing necessary branches, and left the tree healthy and full. I would recommend Seattle Tree Care for you pruning needs.

Cole and the entire team at Seattle Tree Care were fantastic to deal with! We had a difficult situation with three hazardous trees on a steep hillside and STC worked tirelessly with the City of Seattle and Seattle City Light to finalize permits and get the work scheduled, not an easy task. The crew did an amazing job removing huge sections via crane and setting them down carefully on our small street, avoiding power and cable lines and our house - absolute precision and team work. The entire crew was professional, extremely knowledgeable and really fun to deal with. They did a great job cleaning up all the debris and finished the job ahead of schedule! I highly recommend Seattle Tree Care!!

Jesse and Connor did an amazing job pruning and shaping our massive magnolia tree. Our yard feels so much more open. They were quick and did a great job with cleanup. Highly recommend 🙂

Seattle Tree Care did a very fine job limbing up the overgrown Douglas-fir in my yard. I felt very well taken care of by Jesse and Spencer; they talked me through their approach, checked in at key points along the way, and left the yard looking spick and span.

We called Seattle tree care to get an estimate for trimming some tree branches include a neighbor’s tree branch with nasty tent caterpillars hanging over our driveway.
Michael came quick and kindly removed the infested annoying branch even before we decided to hire them.
The quote was good compared to another tree company.
Arborists, Adam and Luis were both friendly and considerately placed mats where branches drop, cleared the low hanging branches over the roof, cleaned up the debris afterward.
They did everything we expected.

We will use them when we need to trim again. Highly recommend.

Very happy with Seattle Tree Care. Will be very happy to have them return nexts year. Did Asked Carl"while showing MY tree trimming project that using my credit card would be no problem {which ment to me there would be NO EXTRA FEE.} ANWSER WAS NO PROBLEM. AFTER PAYING SEATTLE TREE WITH SAID CREDIT CARD I AM NOT PLEASED MY FINAL BILL STILL SHOWS A BALANCE DUE. I surely hope this does not become an issue

The crew that came out to my house did a fine job trimming my birch. They were courteous and safe in their approach.

The crew I encountered today had a pretty careless attitude about my safety on a bicycle.

I therefore cannot recommend them to anyone who cares about the safety of their neighbors. I do not think I will be using them for future work.

Jesse and Spencer did an excellent job, both aesthetically and in regard to our trees’ health. They were efficient and pleasant to work with. And Seattle Tree Care gave us a very competitive bid.

Seattle Tree Care crew did a great job shaping up my giant cypress hedge and trimming trees. They worked hard and were very conscientious with the cleanup. I’m a happy customer!

Seattle Tree Care does an excellent job, from estimate, to scheduling, to completing difficult jobs on time and with great work. We have 35 foot tall hedges they top and maintain for us - two lifts and a crew of 7 spent the whole day in the heat getting it done. They are careful with our other trees, help us keep them alive, and leave the place tidy and clean. It's a tough job and I always appreciate the quality of the work.
