These guys did excellent work! They worked hard and they were very thorough. We were really happy with how our yard looked when they were done and they were happy to make sure we were satisfied with everything. In addition to doing great work, they were also very kind and friendly. Extra thanks to Ramiro, Edson, and Oscar! We are grateful and will definitely call again when we need help in our yard.

We had a great experience working with Devonshire on our landscaping project and would recommend. We had a few hiccups along the way with some of the new plants struggling to survive in the summer heat and Devonshire’s quick response to any issues that arose made us feel like the project was still a priority, even after the install. Also, we appreciate Katrina’s extensive knowledge and careful curation of our plant selection - she’s an absolute pleasure to work with.

Devonshire Landscapes just finished installing our new fence, and we couldn't be any happier with the process or the finished product! We wanted something that was a little more custom and detailed than we were finding at other fence companies. When we described what we were looking for to Will, he understood exactly what we were asking for, and made us feel confident that they could make our vision happen. The final product turned out better that we could have hoped for!
We decided on a 6' wooden security fence, with cedar posts in pipe and horizontal pine boards. We also had the crew remove our back deck stairs and reinstall them, with a newly built landing, on the other side of our deck. It flows so much better now!
The crew also removed the very old, dilapidated chain link fence. It was gone before we even noticed! Will also offered some additional ideas for our backyard that we would have never thought of, and now we couldn't imagine our yard without them! Thanks to his help, we now have a “pocket door” at the back of our property to access some previously unused space, an amazing fingerprint scanner lock, and a new layout for the deck!
The Devonshire Landscapes crew was very professional, on time (or even a bit early!) and great to work with from start to finish. They were super friendly, and respectful of the sometimes early hours and the quiet neighborhood. They left our house looking like something on HGTV! We will definitely be having them come back next year to replace the front deck!

I have worked with Devonshire on multiple projects including building a retaining wall with cyclone fence on top, lawn restoration, etc. This time I asked them to trim a laurel hedge (100 x50 feet), several bushes and remove a rhododendron and plant a new bush in its place. The work was always done professionally and with extremely pleasant people. Ezequiel Rosaldo did a great job listening to my requests and supervising the work. I will always contact them first when I need help with my extensive garden needs.

Ramiro and Noe just did a full day of yard clean up and prep for springtime. They are fantastic workers that made everything look better in the front and backyard. We trust this company and crew. We highly recommend.

We have lived in our home for over 25 years. As we have grown older our ability to navigate our 100+ year old steps has become increasingly more difficult. It was time to replace them. We got so many outrageous bids from pushy salespeople, so we gave up for a while. Then we saw Devonshire’s ad in the WS blog. Rick came out to see our project. He heard our concerns and ideas, and offered us great advice. We came up with an elegant and practical solution. The crew was experienced, hard working and friendly. Rick and his team made every detail exactly right. We couldn’t be happier with the result. We already have more projects in the queue!

We hired Devonshire in 2021 for a design-build project to rebuild our front yard. Working with Devonshire has been the top experience we’ve had across a handful of construction projects at our house, and we would work with them again and recommend them to others, both for design/construction and maintenance.

Our house has no back yard, so the front yard needs to incorporate a certain amount of privacy without looking walled off. The Devonshire team came up with an attractive and functional design that respected our budget requirements: new fencing and gate, a level patio area topped with pavers, retaining walls, drainage, automatic irrigation, and low maintenance plantings, among other things. The design brought our yard into alignment with local codes, increased the functionality, and improved the look.

Construction went smoothly for the most part, and issues were resolved to our satisfaction. The project manager, Rick, was available/responsive, communicated well, and made sure we understood the implications/limitations of various decisions/choices.

Four years later, the work is holding up well. Along the way, Devonshire has sent people out to make adjustments as things wore in. They have truly stood by the work.

The maintenance team is reliable and effective. They come when they say and provide reports when work is completed. Dan, the maintenance manager, communicates well and is responsive. They do a good job with routine work and special/seasonal tasks (cleanups, power washing, etc.).

The team at Devonshire Landscaping did a great job updating my watering system that needed a bit of retrofitting and improvement. Led by Ezequiel Rosaldo who came out in advance to make a plan and communicate clearly about what would be done, his team, including Ramiro and Jacinto. delivered seamlessly and efficiently. As they all had such positive attitudes and seemed to be enjoying doing the job well, I felt confident that I could trust the system would operate as described and updated for years to come. Ezequiel was also great about sharing that if anything wasn’t quite right that they would return promptly or at any point down the road to address any items. He also passed along some tips for my yard maintenance and things to consider doing in the spring which I really appreciated. I highly recommend this company and Ezequiel’s team.

You can believe these five-star reviews. Devonshire has helped us twice - years apart and at different homes - refresh our neglected yard with fantastic service! They make the contractor experience painless.

The first time they helped me refresh the planting strip/tiny yard outside my townhouse prior to selling. They quoted the work correctly, did the work when they said they would, it looked great...and the house sold! :)

Fast forward about eight years, and they again provided the same professional service to help us rehab our entire yard after a construction project and us not being the best at yard maintenance. Aside from our shiny, new addition, it was embarrassing.

They understood our ideas and took some additional steps to ensure things really look great. The after photos are included here. Notes: we are reseeding the backyard in the coming weeks. This is showing how they removed the weeds and prepared the soil for seeding. They also built the small retaining wall in the front, which we have yet to seed with wildflower. Based on my previous experience, I knew it would be quality work...but we were blown away by the extra attention to detail (e.g., the edging, refreshing the drainage rock, etc.)!

They also provided some great advice to yard care noobs, recommended follow-up weedings to take care of weeds that had not yet sprouted, AND they were ready to step in to help complete the construction project when my other contractor wasn't adhering to the terms of the contract. It was a very touchy situation that ended-up resolving itself due to having Devonshire as a backup. In the future, I'm going to Devonshire first!

I'm currently working with them on options for ongoing maintenance to ensure our yard doesn't fall into sad shape again. You live, you learn. :)

The team at Devonshire Landscapes is truly amazing and we worked with all of them! From much involved permitting complications with the city, to design ( that also kept the city happy) and to dirt removal and replanting we could not have asked for a better team. They advocated for us, kept us well informed, did great work, did what they said they would do and when they said they would do it, and we enjoyed every single person on their team that we interacted with. Oh and the maintenance team did a great clean up job on making our overgrown garden look good again. We are looking forward to our next project with them!

We have used Devonshire for a few projects now, when we lived in our old place Will, Rick, Katrina, and team helped us level our backyard and install an access ramp to get from the front of the house to the back and also fixed up our patio. Then after that we had a project where we had water pooling in our garage and Colin, Jaime, and Nick installed something like a French drain to take the water away from the house and garage and send it to the back alley. Both projects were done way faster than I had anticipated and were really well done. I have been happy every time I worked with them and will be using them in the future.

We had gone nearly two years without doing much weeding on our property. The Devonshire crew was able to clear out several truckloads of weeds and get our front and back yards looking even better than when we bought the house! They were quick, mindful, and always very friendly and professional. We can’t recommend them enough for your yard care needs, they are truly experts!

The team did fantastic work completely replacing my overgrown/abandoned yard, replaced damaged retaining walls and patio, added paver walkways, irrigation, designed and planted a wonderful garden. They were professional, communicated very clearly and answered my questions quickly. The yard is beautiful and I expect to enjoy it for a long time.

Miguel with Devonshire Landscapes and all their workers did an amazing job renovating our back patio. We wanted a place we could enjoy our backyard under cover and they gave excellent service and options throughout the process. They even completed the work under the torrential rain of this year!
