Friendly and professional employees, from the person on the phone to the two-person who showed up to do the work. I generally do the roof and gutters myself but am temporarily unable to. They did as good a job as I would have and left the surrounding property better than it was when they arrived. Will use agaon as the need arises and can recommend.

We had them come to remove the moss buildup from our roof, clean the gutters and all the outside windows. I wasn't expecting how well they would get things clean, our roof and windows look like new! Would absolutely have them come again. Thanks so much!

Artisan has changed hands, and the after making an appointment with Josh--the new owner--he sent his partner Kiro to do the job.

Kiro arrived at the appointed time to clean the gutters and windows (including wooden storm windows, inside and out) on our Fremont craftsman, and he did an excellent job. He was polite, conscientious, and professional. The price was reasonable, and I didn't have to deal with the anxiety of thinking about how much it would suck if I fell off the roof while trying to do the job myself!

I intend to use these guys again the next time I have dirty gutters and windows, and that's as good an endorsement as one can give any business.

This company changed ownership since I used them last. Last owner was great. Came out and cleaned the moss off my roof and cleaned gutters.

This time, they agreed to do the same job but the person they sent out wasn’t prepared to clean the moss off. He said he wasn’t instructed to clean the moss, so just did the gutters. He did not want to clean the moss off so he said the roof wasn’t in good enough shape to clean the moss off. This is not true.

I gave them two stars because when I called Josh, new owner, he was cordial and helpful, but in the end I still have moss on my roof and if I find someone else to clean it I’ll have to pay for another gutter cleaning as well :(

I have been using Gu-Wi/ Artisan Window & Gutter services for the past 2+ years. Their prices are reasonable and their employees are professional. They guarantee their work and happily come back to fix any issues within 90 days. I am very happy with their service.

They have cleaned my gutters and roof for the last three years. I send an email, they show up without me having to be at the house, and then I get a nice email with pictures when I get my bill. It is the most hassle free company to deal with ever at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Utterly unable to revise a bid. Muppets. I sent them a revised PDF with some of the line items crossed off. Then two weeks of follow up calls every few days from a young sales person telling me I have a bid and do I want to proceed. But it was still the original bid they sent. Each time I would tell them I need the revised bid, and each time the young sales person said they can't see the email I sent with the revised bid. It's like starting over every time you talk to this company, but worse. Three weeks of wasted time and never a revised bid for me to approve. No work for them and just wasted time for everyone involved. A disorganized and impossible company to communicate with.

This is my second year in a row hiring Artisan to tidy up my windows, gutters, covered patio and walkways. This year we focused on power washing the black, murky, moss covered aggregate walkways and WOW! They are now bright and clean like brand new (they are 15 years old). I really appreciated Odin's expertise and hard work, and value the owner Josh's flexibility with my schedule. Besides the high quality of work, I trust these guys and look forward to my next cleaning after the Winter. Thank you Artisan!

In February '24, the week prior to our annual fundraising event in our building, I noticed how dirty our windows were. I didn't have a relationship with a window cleaner so I looked online for someone local, nearby, and called Artisan. I worked with Manie, sent him photos of all the windows to be cleaned, with measurements, and he got back to me promptly with a quote (which was a most reasonable amount.) Their worker came out a few days later and did a thorough, professional job. Site was left clean and all windows were spotless. Then Manie called to follow up, asking if our expections had been met and if we were fully satisfied.
Artisan is now our go-to window cleaning service and we look forward to having them out again this summer to clean the second floor windows.

Artisan has been cleaning my gutters for a couple of years now, and I've been very happy with it. So this year I also had them do window washing and moss removal on my roof. Everything is great. They make the booking process very smooth, they stick to their price quotes, they're decently affordable, and they do exactly what they say they will, to a good standard of quality. This is one house maintenance task I never have to worry about again.

Artisan’s 2 workers were meticulous, friendly and persistent. They left our windows sparkling, our plants intact, and even managed a difficult interior skylight screen removal and cleaning. Marvin and Gabriel did excellent work. They stayed with the quite time-consuming task of replacing one screen in particular that was very hard to line up right - no fault of theirs - with patience and tenacity. Hope we can have these two again next time.

Got a few quotes and they were reasonably priced. Scheduled within a few weeks of when I requested a quote. They arrived on time, worked quickly, and everything looks beautiful! Cleaned up well afterwards too.
