Mike is very conscientious. I thought we would need aeration and thatching. After checking the lawn, Mike told us the thatching wasn’t necessary because there wasn’t sufficient moss to justify it. This lowered our bill. Thank you Mike!!

I hired Mike and his team to thatch, aerate, reseed, and fertilize my lawn. I was impressed with his responsiveness, professionalism, quality of work, and reasonable rates. I don't usually leave reviews but this calls for it. I have a nice home, it's beautiful in some ways, it sits on a large lot back from the street with a nice approach, many flowers, window boxes and arbor. People enjoy it. But for some time now the main compliment I get is about the LAWN! For some reason its the one thing that people mention. Even family.. I maintain my yard myself and I'm no pro! I mow, and water. The rest I leave to Mike. Twice a year he aerates, fertilizes, spreads a little seed at a price that doesn't break the bank. He's a good guy. Like a good neighbor. And he's reliable.

Big thanks to NLI! I had to find a way to get rid of mixed junk including hazardous waste (old paint, oils, gas cans, gardening supplies, and misc furniture pieces). This required some sorting and processing for proper disposal. NLI was great with communication, scheduling etc so I could be prepared. They arrived right on time and took everything away in a flash.
