I was away on a 3-week vacation and my husband hired Maid in the Northwest to clean the house before I came home. I was kind of dreading seeing the house--my husband is a lousy housekeeper and we have 2 big dogs--after my 3 week vacation. I opened the door and the living room looked remarkably clean. I quickly figured out that this was not my husband's work--everything looked great. The toilets and bathtubs were cleaner than I ever get them. The microwave and stainless steel sink were cleaner than I ever get them. I would definitely use this service again!

I hired this company sight unseen for my son who lives in Seattle. He said the cleaner arrived promptly and did a wonderful job. That is a huge compliment coming from him, who is not exactly the neatest person in the world. They worked with our schedule, and the day that we needed (right before Christmas). Maids in the Northwest are a wonderfully scrappy thorough local business in the Lake City neighborhood of Seattle. Judy was the cleaner and Dave Wilson was the principal that coordinated everything. Judy was detailed, thorough, and went beyond my definition of cleanliness. Dave answered all of my questions and asked just as many, which is rare in the Seattle modern business culture. He was transparent, honest, kind, patient, and directly communicative about what can be accomplished in a hard-stop of a four hour deep cleaning; which were my parameters. There is an old-school vibe about Maids in the Northwest where the most important thing is to do a job well done. The system is simple: you call, Dave asks what you want, he tells you the price, they schedule a time, they email you a checklist, cleaner arrives with you there or not, and done. It's refreshing not to have to make an account and to be overwhelmed with too many options. Support this local business.

I have a beautiful story to share with all of you. Dave is one of the nicest and compassionate people that I have met. I have been very ill and had neglected my home greatly. The hospitial gave me his number and I called and after some current problems with my home he came! He is one of the nicest and efficient people that you can ask for. Him and his partner cleaned my living room and both made laugh and I was so comfortable in their presence it was a pure joy. Now in the aftermath of their visit i am so relaxed and taking in the cleanliness and ease of heart which allows me to rest and get well and nap without a conscience of regret. So thank you Dave you made my day and my upcoming cleaning appointments a sure thing. I can highly recommend them for any pending job that you have on your list . SO do it and make your day!

David and the cleaning team at Maid in the Northwest are exceptional! David was great at working with us to help determine what tasks were most important for our business as well as being aware of how long the tasks would take and make sure his team could work with our budget. He worked especially hard to find a cleaning product that wouldn't leave streaks on our new floor and wouldn't leave a vinegar scent afterwards. If there was ever an issue, David either called me first or was immediately responsive to my message. I would highly recommend Maid in the Northwest for their excellent work and how pleasant they are to work with.

Our cleaner Chad did such a good job with a standard 4 hour clean that I actually choked up a little walking around my house—such a wonderful thing to have a clean place again! I'm so delighted. I've had an immobilizing injury and we've had to have a lot of work done on our house lately, so it's been a stressful time and our house was in a terrible state. It's really hard to keep up with cleaning when you work full time and you can't walk!

Maid in the Northwest asks a very competitive rate for cleaning, which means this is an affordable way to drastically improve your quality of life in a day. My bathroom is spotless, my floors are gleaming for the first time in months, Chad even somehow buffed a spot out of our sink that I'd been sure was permanent—no idea how he did that lol. Really above and beyond service for a great price and I'm amazed at how it turned my house into a haven again. Hire these guys, they're great!

David and the cleaners at Maid in the NW are wonderful, exceptional, thorough and kind as well as responsive. Have had one of his professional cleaners coming for almost two years, and my home is always singing when he leaves. David is very contentious in matching you with the right fit. Definitely don’t hesitate to hire them. Most recently, he and his team turned a very bad situation into a positive one in less than 24 hours of contacting them. He answered my call and even came by to assess my situation within an hour on New Year’s Day. A contractor had failed to put up any sheets or covering, and his flooring machinery malfunctioned-did not catch the saw dust. Every inch of my home except bedrooms and laundry room had sawdust all over it. All of my baby’s stuff was unusable. Two of my alarms broke from all the saw dust and had to be disconnected to stop them from going off every 15 mins. Will be replacing. This situation had me in tears. David and his team came in and did a deep clean of everything. After they left today, I felt restored. I really can’t express my gratitude enough. Before I found them a couple of years ago, I had a hard time finding reliable and thorough cleaners. Maid in the NW is the way to go.
