I made an online appointment and called them multiple times before the appointment to confirm, no one answered the phone. I tried again as the arrival window for the cleaners was closing on the day of the appointment, someone finally picked up, confirmed they could see my appointment, said they would contact the cleaners to find out what happened, and never called me back. When I called again, no one picked up the phone. Horrible experience start to finish.
