Scott arrived on time and did a quick tour with me of the areas to be cleaned. Then he set up his equipment and started. The complete job took about 2 hours. Once he completed the upstairs, he asked me to look around while he started downstairs. Very professional, great 1st time experience with Fuzzy Wuzzy.

The wool carpet had been stored in a basement for several years, and I was concerned about pet odor and old dirt.
Large carpet was picked up, cleaned, treated for bacteria, delivered back in a timely manner and is perfect! Price was very reasonable and staff very nice. Will use again!

This is the third time Fuzzy Wuzzy has done our two oriental are rugs. Excellent service - both pickup and delivery times Dustin was early, but called first to be sure it was OK. I don't see any reason to use anyone else!!

Had my carpets cleaned last week and they look great. Mike Meinert was fast and thorough.

Today they returned my area rugs and they look better than when they were new. The colors really pop and they are very plush feeling. I'll definitely use them again.

Fuzzy Wazzy was able to quickly retrieve my area rugs after my basement was flooded. Pick up was arranged within a day and there was a quick turn around. My rugs came back looking like new! I’m happy!!

The technician, Mira, was absolutely fantastic. She was strong and cheerful and ready to take on an extra room even at the end of the day. The Carpets are now spotless and we are grateful. I would definitely recommend Fuzzy wuzzy rug cleaning to anybody. The best!

They were very professional and courteous. Communication was excellent all around! The pricing is a bit high (no price negotiation was possible with the rep that picked up at our house as we had been led to believe by their front office), but you also get full service, and the quality is good.

The team at Fuzzy Wuzzy was great! They were quick to respond to my texts to answer any questions I had and showed up exactly when they said they would. Our rug no longer smells like dog and looks as good as the day we bought it! I will definitely use them again.

Efficient, nice guys who came on time and moved the furniture to remove our two room size rugs, and then on time again a week later to reinstall them. And probably the best business name in Seattle!

Wuzzy Fuzzy’s communication throughout process was excellent. They confirmed what day and time they would arrive a few days prior to the date. They then called the day of pick up / drop off to let me know they were on their way. The rugs were cleaned in the designated time frame. It all went very smoothly. Would definitely use Fuzzy Wuzzy again.

I realized that my large carpet was saturated with pet urine. Called Fuzzy Wuzzy. They were wonderful. Two very nice men picked up the carpet three days later. Then a week later, they delivered it to a different address. “No problem,” they said. I was kept up to date on all steps of the process, the charges were very reasonable, and the rug has recovered. Great!

Great service. 7 year old white area rug had red wine, chocolate spots and foot traffic on it came out so clean looks like brand new. Highly recommend.

So easy to get a quote and schedule. Prompt, friendly, thorough service. The technicians asked a few questions and then went straight to work, cleaned up, and asked to be sure we were satisfied. Great value. I wish I had done this months ago!

I've used them for floors deep cleaning (muddy hardwood and lenolium thanks to an 80 lb. puppy), rugs cleaning (they pick up and deliver, and have good pet deodorizing techniques), and drycleaning. They are professional and very thorough! They make a stressful dirty job easier, that's for sure! Next I will use them for HVAC cleaning. What don't they clean? I'm not sure!

FW cleaned a large deep pile, white shag rug for us after our big dog had an accident on it :( FW quickly came and got the rug for cleaning. When they returned it, we noticed a part that wasn’t completely clean and when i reached out to them awhile later, they offered to pick it up and clean it again at no extra charge! It came back great - so happy to have our clean comfy rug to lay on again. Thanks FW!
