I have been using Queen Anne cleaning service for almost a year now. I have never been disappointed in the work they do in fact, I am usually pleasantly surprised by the additional steps they take. Terrible company! Very inconsistent cleaners and strange office staff with sketchy policies. I was never charged for parking during my cleaning visits, then one day I get a charge for $7.25. I debate the charge, they send me to collections, and I pay via collections. Now a YEAR later, I get sent to another collections agency for the same amount! Get it together Green Cleaning Seattle!

This company seemed like the best option in my area- eco friendly products and they seemed to treat their employees well, however I contacted them twice over a period of a couple of weeks for an estimate and never heard back. Despite this I am somehow on their email list and keep receiving emails for money off my next cleaning. Annoying and unprofessional.

We've used this service for over three years now and have never looked back. The office is very responsive to any questions, and the cleaners are professional and friendly. Moreover, we usually get the same cleaner (Michael, who is fantastic), so there's very little need to ramp up new folks on the particulars of our home.
