(My roommate and I keep our apartment generally clean, but given that we live in an extremely old central district apartment, our floors, appliances, and surfaces are not new and "shiny".)

It'd been about 14 months since we last utilized a cleaning service (our place wasn't in the best condition). And, yeah, I know - that's the best time to call your cleaner (when your place is DIRTY!) but I always feel bad about not "cleaning before the cleaner comes". As soon as our green cleaner arrived, however, I was immediately taken aback by how professional, punctual, and enthusiastic she was. I went to work after she arrived...

I returned home from work to an absolutely spotless apartment. Our old, usually grimy bathroom has NEVER looked so immaculate, and she even unclogged our drains...and there wasn't a speckle of dust on a single surface. My roommate and I were both blown away.

I swear I feel like some of the maids I've used in the past literally sit in my apartment without lifting a finger. So if you want a cleaning service that actually CLEANS, here you go. Thank you guys!

I am not the easiest person to impress or to please. I can't help but see flaws and I am looking for near perfection - or at least to be impressed. I was impressed with these guys precision to detail and also their ethics and all they have going on. A lot for a house cleaning company. Their cleaners do good work and are interesting, nice people. As a company, they've done a good job of being "green". I used them once for a deep clean at my apartment. I plan to use them again for deep cleans in the future.

I've had a monthly cleaning service with Green Cleaning Seattle for 4 months now and am generally happy. The cleaners have always been friendly and chipper. The prices are on the higher side, but I appreciate the care taken to use more natural cleaning products to protect the staff and my home. They do a good job of resetting my house to very clean every month.

I agree with some of the other reviews that the address to mail payment could be more clear -- each email has a signature with the physical address but not the PO Box. I think adding the PO Box to the email signature instead of only on the website would lead to much less confusion.

We have been using Green Cleaning for close to 10 years, and they have always been wonderful. Their cleaners are very thorough, their office staff are friendly and helpful, and they go the extra mile to make sure everything is just right. Can't recommend highly enough!

Updated. We highly recommend Green Cleaning. We have been using them now for 11 years. They are reliable, clean, and green. House always smells wonderfully clean afterwards.

They are flexible too. For example, we want them to use our vacuum cleaner which they readily do.

I am thrilled with the amazing job this company does, they were excellent! The cleaners where all very professional and they will clean every single corner for you! They full filled all of my expectations and went above and beyond! I will definitely be hiring them again. I highly recommend them it is very worth it, they will make your home look amazing!

My cleaner Liz was great for both of her Saturday visits. She was on time, asked questions about what I was looking for and went to work. She was very friendly and very efficient. I love that the company uses green products and does their best to have their products be as unscented as possible, a big deal for me, with asthma. I was very impressed with the deep cleaning of the kitchen an bathroom, getting them back up to my expectations. I also love that since the main area was clean, the awesome cleaner was able to do some basic "checklist things" and did everything efficiently and all with a smile. I will definitely use Green Cleaning, in the future, when I need a cleaning.

I've had Green Cleaning come to my house for years now and I really appreciate their professionalism, friendliness, and comfort with our dogs in our home. Our cleaners have changed over time, but they are all trained in a consistent process so I know what to expect. Bonus that they use green cleaning products!

It is the details that count, especially when you're renting out your home. Pillows neatly organized, pictures straightened, blinds neatly pulled up. And then also the level of clean. Behind the TV, under the night stand. All of these things are taken care of my Green Cleaning. I use them for my rental and for my personal home. I can't recommend them enough. They not only get the job done, but they do the job in a way that I don't have to worry about anything. This is especially important to me because of my short term rental. If my rental isn't perfectly cleaned and in order, my guests will complain. Green Cleaning is a huge relief in my life.

Used them a few years back and did not realize how bad they were. Overpriced, poor communication and very mediocre quality (now that I have used other services and have been able to compare quality and attitude).
