I have been using THA House Cleaning for about a year now. I am so glad I went with this company! Tanya is incredibly organized and responsive; she makes scheduling and re-scheduling a breeze. Our cleaners, Vova and Yulia, are superb! They come once a month to clean the main floor of our home (kitchen, bath, office, bedroom, living room). They are always on-time and very thorough. We have 2 house rabbits and a lot of house plants, so I was concerned that would be a challenge for them to work around but they manage it just fine. I'm really grateful I went with this company, they've made my life a lot easier and more fun the past year :)

My wife and I hired THA for a move-out cleaning recently. Two cleaners showed up on time. They were very nice, and worked very quickly. They did a great job, and in 3 hours had completed a very deep clean on our apartment. THA was also very responsive and friendly via phone, and always willing to answer questions. I will recommend them to my friends and family.

Tetyana’s THA team did an incredible job thoroughly cleaning our place after we’ve done several renovations prior to our move in. Prior to major post-construction cleaning, the house was dusty beyond words can say and the floors and carpets were filthy. After the THA team spent an entire day doing their magic, the house looks nothing but SPECTACULAR!!! 5 stars all around! I would 100% recommend their service to anyone!

THA House Cleaning is amazing! The owner, Tetyana, is super responsive and so easy to work with. We needed a deep clean, regular weekly cleanings, and a move out clean. They had availability right away and very reasonable prices. The cleaners did an absolutely amazing job. They cleaned things I never would have thought to clean and everything was spotless. We have used several companies over the years and these cleaners did the best job of any company we’ve used. I wish we would have discovered this company sooner! Cannot recommend them enough!

I’ve been using this company for the past six months. While some teams did a decent job, the constant rotation of cleaners was frustrating and unprofessional.

I made a very clear request: assign the same team to my home—or at the very least, two consistent teams. Instead, every visit brought different people, and the quality of cleaning varied a lot. Still, I always paid on time and tipped generously—at least $100 per cleaner for just 3–4 hours of work.

When I finally asked for a permanent team and even said I would adjust to any schedule they proposed, the owner promised to get back to me “soon.” That was a month ago. Since then, she has ignored my texts and refused to answer my calls.

This is unprofessional, unacceptable, and disrespectful to a loyal customer. I now have no choice but to find a more reliable company that actually values its clients.

THA cleaning did an amazing job cleaning the house we moved out from. They arrived and finished on time. They left every corner of the house spotless. I’m very happy with the excellent job they did and so my was the landlord 😉
