Prompt, good job. Would hire them again. Two years ago, they were able to remove sections of our storm windows and clean the outside of the inside windows, so everything was bright and beautiful.

Capitol Cleaning put our Christmas lights up this year and what a great job they did! Their representative, Boedy, was very professional , thorough and great to work with. We highly recommend them!

We had used Capitol Cleaners for many years when we lived in Seattle. Two years ago, we moved to the East Side and after having disappointing experiences with other cleaners, we reached out to Capitol once again. While Capitol did a great job on our windows, after they left I could see large debris in our first story gutters. We inspected the second story gutters with a drone and found that even there, several gutters had either been skipped or poorly done. Over the winter, several of those were overflowing. Did not ask them back this spring for service.

Benjamin and his team did an excellent job with the exterior cleaning of my house. My retainer wall and wooden fence look almost new and my house looks as though it was newly painted. The customer service was responsive and very helpful. I would recommend this and plan on using their services again in the future.

This is a terrific company if you're looking for home care services. At this time I use them for gutter/roof cleaning and solar panel cleaning and will most likely use them for window cleaning when the need arises. Always cheerful and helpful on the phone and a company that I'll easily stand behind.

Fernando did a grate job in cleaning our windows and gutters. We have a complicated property with difficult access to some windows and gutters. Have used Capitol Cleaning for cleaning my gutters, roof and skylights and applying moss treatment for many years. They’ve always been responsive, on time, done an excellent job, cleaned up after themselves. Would highly recommend them.

Capitol Cleaning uses a non-destructive, environmentally friendly cleaning system to clean every conceivable exterior part of a house. It is an attractive alternative to blasting away at the house with a high-pressure sprayer.
We had them clean everything on the outside of the house, including decks, windows, siding, gutters, roof and our solar panels (for which they are trained and certified). Their professional 2-person crew was friendly, detail-oriented and careful, and completed all the cleaning on our relatively large home in well less than an eight-hour workday.
One added promised feature of the cleaning agent they use is that it is supposed to provide future resistance to dirt and algae build-up (to be seen - added value if true). It wasn't the cheapest alternative for having a building cleaned, but they did a great job. I would (and will) hire them again in the future.

Capitol Cleaning is 100 percent reliable, efficient, honest and sincere. We have been using their window and roof and gutter cleaning for 43 years. The owner originally cleaned our windows and over the years saw his company expand because he has a fabulous and dedicated crew. Always appreciative of their services helping to make our house shine.

Courteous, professional staff. Overall results of soft wash, of roof, siding, and driveway was good, However, I would cautions anyone against having stained or varnished wood doors not to have those, soft-washed with that chemical. My front door has unsightly drip marks on it, even after a second washing, and my teak deck chair was stripped of oil. Both door and chair need refinishing.

The day of service appeared to go pretty well, soft-washing the roof to remove a burgeoning buildup of moss. However, after a month and several rains, I inspected the roof and found that it still had quite a bit of material still embedded in the roof shingles. It took me three months and several calls and emails to finally reach someone in the office. All my previous calls and emails were not responded to. I explained the situation to the person who answered my call, he seemed like a very pleasant person. He apologized and scheduled someone come out at a given date and time.

On the date, the time came and went. I called the office and was able to speak with the same person, letting him know that I hadn’t heard from anyone. He said he would reach out to the guys in the field and call me back. Before he called me back I got a note from the field lead asking if a different time on the same day worked. We agreed to that time, but I hadn’t heard back from the office so I called him.

After that conversation, it was clear to me that the ball had been completely dropped between the office and the field team.

I won’t be doing business with these guys again, no matter how nice they are. I don’t feel that the customer should have to work that hard to just try to get a reasonable follow up to happen.

I have used Capitol Cleaning for Soft Washing my roof, pressure washing my driveway, cleaning my gutters, and installing holiday lights. The work has always been satisfactory.

My mid century home has some wicked crazy storm windows and the crew improvised a scaffold and cleaned them in no time. They made it look easy though it was not. Very courteous and professional crews who do spotless work. Literally.

Bodie and Justice did a great job of cleaning my brick patios, walkways, gutters and windows. They were very professional and easy to work with. I would definitely call on them again.

Capital Window Cleaning did a fantastic job on our windows! They actually started the job a little early which was not a problem. The worker was friendly, very efficient and the windows are clean!!!! Oh I should add their fee is very reasonable! Definitely will hire them again.
