The guys who came did a great job cleaning off the roof and cleaning up the debris on the ground afterwards. They showed me photos of the roof after the cleaning which verified how clean it was. They were pleasant to communicate with and quick with their work.

I had my roof cleaned and treated with zinc oxide for moss control.The crew notified me of their arrival time, were courteous and very efficient carrying out the job and cleaning up around the house. I am very satisfied with the excellent job.

I had Chinook Services clean my windows earlier this week. I got the top tier service. Felix did a nice job with the windows and my sky lights. I would have liked to have been informed that the interior of the sky lights were not included. Also, since we had a bit of light wind and rain later in the week, two of my screens have popped out.

Techs came out on time to do our roof and gutters (interior & front). Gutters now look great and they also treated moss areas which was under warranty. They did everything as agreed upon in proposal. They even took many before and after pictures and sent to me. Definitely recommend!

This was our second excellent experience with Chinook having previously used them for gutter cleaning, this time was a complete house washing. Our technician was very courteous and efficient and estimated the time it would take do the job perfectly. We have 8 very happy condominium owners as a result of a job well done!

I booked Chinook Services to clean my roof/gutters in the afternoon. I received a heads-up text message that they would be arriving soon. About 30 minutes later the friendly two-man crew arrived and went to work. They cleaned the roof and gutters and put the debris in my yard waste container and did an excellent job cleaning up all the debris.

Chinook Services sent two workers to clean the gutters of my 2-story home & my attached neighbor's rambler home. They were quick, efficient & careful of the property. The gutters look great & I appreciate that they pointed out an installation issue which was causing the gutters to overflow in one area. Now I know to have it fixed. I would gladly recommend their services.
