I'll be saving David's number to my phone. I called in a Sunday, he showed up Monday at noon. Fixed our AC unit QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY.

Edit: it seems this Google business listing has been hijacked for the reviews. When I used it, it was based in Wisconsin with a totally different name run by a nice old guy who was about to retire. Seems his listing got hijacked and used for this fraudulent company. Editing my originally positive review and score to compensate for this.

Called the number and got an answering service. They said they only deal with new customers and hung up on me. I had this company come out before and I wanted to work with them again but the answering service totally killed the deal for me. I went with another company just based on their phone people.

Dave is absolutely wonderful. He’s so professional and knows what he is doing. My family has used him for a long time and his work is superior! Great guy that you can count on! Saved me on a very cold Wisconsin day!

Dave has been taking care of our HVAC for 28 years and has always been terrific. He once recommended a less expensive system because it was less costly to maintain. He could have benefited on both the sale and servicing of the costlier unit; his ethics are without question.

AMAZING customer service. We are new homeowners unsure with our system and just needed someone to explain how it worked. He came out the same day, educated us, and genuinely cared about the process. After noticing we didn’t have a certain part, he asked around and 3 weeks later showed back up with the complimentary part. 10/10 great guy, would recommend.

Amazing!! Heat went out on New Years Day, they were able to troubleshoot and give me a preliminary diagnosis over the phone. They got out quick, verified the problem and gave me all my options. In the end I decided to change out the furnace. We were up and running quick and for a lot less $$$ than I feared. It’s definitely a small operation, but they are quick and honest and what more can you ask for.

Our AC went out right in the middle of a warm weekend and the house was getting hot fast. We called a few companies but most were closed or booked up. Finally found one that answered and said they could come out the next morning. The tech showed up on time and was super nice. He checked everything and found that our capacitor was burnt out. He had the part in his truck and fixed it right then. He also cleaned out the unit which he said was full of dirt. He gave me tips to help keep it running smoother and avoid future issues. The only thing I wish was better was the invoice it was kind of hard to read but I called and they explained it to me clearly. The AC works great now and the house is finally cool again. I’d definitely call them again if we ever have more issues. It’s hard to find honest service people these days but this guy really knew what he was doing. Made the whole thing easy from start to finish. Worth every dollar just to sleep comfortably again.
