These guys are the best hands down! Both gentlemen are good, down to Earth guys. Brock, was very prompt at getting my air fixed late evening at a moments notice. Don’t hesitate, call today!

My elderly mother's heat and air stoped working properly so looking for someone near her home I had her call Service Now thinking they were a good choice. I was wrong. One of the men that came out on the call was very rude to her, luckily the younger of the two was professional and found what they thought was the problem. Unfortunately it did not solve the problem. So my mother called again this time supposedly the owner came out and was rude and very pushy. He upset her to the point she was in tears. I understand that a company is in business to make money but trying to take advantage of people especially the elderly is a very bad way to do so.

Heatpump was making a noise and heat wasn't kicking on and off as often as before. Called Service Now. Tech guys explained there was a leak in my refrigerant which was causing the noise and causing the system not to heat like it should. They fixed the problem and the heat is now kicking off and on normally and noise is gone. These guys are very nice and respectful. Plus the price was very reasonable. Very satisfied and will be calling them again for routine maintenance.

My Husband works for Service Now, he is the duct work lead man. But not only that my mom n step dad used service now before we ever moved here. It's a great company, and very caring for others. I have seen on many times for them all to go out of their way to help others. It's definitely a great business and for sure recommend them to everyone who needs any kind of help with their heating and air!

I woke up with no heat in my home, with two young children that’s very concerning. This company is amazing. They were able to send someone out within the hour of my call and find the issue with my heating system. They had everything fixed in no time and did it for a great price. They have great attitudes and showed up ready to work. I will be recommending them to everyone I know. Thank you guys so much!!!

Thomas and Guillermo
Thanks to both of you for outstanding electrical services well done. Best regards.
RICHARD WHITTEMORE -
Matt F did great job. The best electrician I have had.
-
Bel-Red did great today! Thomas, Dylan, Mike and Brandon were super helpful!
-
Thomas and Dylan were great. Very nice, and very efficient. Would recommend them in the future.
-
Ian MacDonald installed a outlet for us today. He was a pleasure to have here, provided an estimate before starting work, completed the job quickly. I would use them again!
-
I had a great experience with Bel Red. From the technician who came first to inspect the house and recommend the mini split system, to the planning with the HOA and getting the necessary approvals, to the installation day with Cody M and Jose S. They set up a new mini split system at home (external unit and one inner unit). They set it up and did the start up in one day. They knew what they were doing and explained every part of the process.
-
Kevin Venarchick is a next level service technician who goes above and beyond to service his clients. His work and ethics are exceptional, he is trustworthy and extremely hard working - he stays until the job is done and the job is done right! I highly recommend Bel-Red and ask for Kevin V!! 5 Star Reviews all around, thank you Kevin and Bel-Red!!!

***Edit: Even worse than before!! Upper Management did end up reaching out, found the check, and offered $500 in refund for the trouble. I appreciated the accountability, and thought this was a fair compromise for the sheer unnessecary panic and fear tactics they put us through, forTHEIR own mistake. They offered it off-the-cuff, without any prompting on my end, as a "good will gesture." Anyway, that $500 check never came, and despite me calling back several times (and conveniently for them, upper management was never available to take my call or call me back). SHADY.
This review isn't about work actually being done, which was fine, but rather the CLEAR mismanagement at upper levels that could have ruined my family financially. And yet, despite this debacle, I have yet to hear even a peep from anyone in charge of the company.
This company came out to clean our ducts. While doing the work, they noticed that our old furnace was cracked, we shouldn't use it, and had a sales person come out same day to sell us a new furnace. Their sales person was really pushy, which normally is a huge ick for me when it comes to contractors, but it was right before Thanksgiving and we really needed a working furnace.
Anyway, since it was literally a 2-day turnaround, we paid in full the day of *via check* for services. The installers took a picture of them with the check, presumably of proof it was given. This was the day before Thanksgiving. They weren't given all the parts, but they came the day after Thanksgiving to install the rest.
2 days later, we got an email saying that out balance was $0, and we thought that was that.
CUE to December 7th, we are out of town, and my husband gets a voicemail saying there were some issues with the payment amount. He calls back, office is closed, so he leaves a message. He figured it was some misunderstanding about the 2 service calls, and probably not a big deal. The next day he gets in touch, around 1 pm, he's informed that BelRed was going to charge the full furnace amount, around $9000, on his credit card at 3 pm THAT DAY. Not ONLY would this have destroyed our credit limits, but also, they had proof that they were in possession of the check and our account balance has been $0.00! So we were PANICKING because we had about 90 minutes to figure out WHAT was going on before getting charged.
They check had not been cashed. They had lost it "probably in a truck somewhere." What?! Who casually loses a $9000 check?!
Anyway, excuses and run-arounds abound, the check was never found and I put a stop order on it. Everyone at the call center/office was very nice, and I appreciate that they deleted our card on file so they couldn't charge it, but who doesn't a) give written warning of a credit card charge, b) maybe give more than 24 hours grace period to figure out why payment hasn't been settled and c) do due diligence of who actually lost the money?! They almost ruined our credit over THEIR mistake!
Anyway, the cherry on top was promising someone would come pick up the new check today promptly at 2 pm, and they were 40 minutes late without any communication. If *I* had lost someone's $9000 check and then tried to scare them into a credit card charge because I didn't even bother to look into the payment history, I would have personally driven my butt over there and made sure everything went smoothly ON TIME.
If I were you, I would avoid this company like the plague. Who knows whose money they'll carelessly lose next!
P.S. Upper management, if you ever deign to reach out to even apologize for the extreme stress your company put us through, just let me know! -
Took three calls to book warranty service appointment - first two office assistants had no clue about warranties. Took a week to be a technician out. The technician was great though.
The big install job before was done great, but took insisting and escalation to follow the contract. -
We had a new furnace installed today by Rodrigo Vasquez and team. Rodrigo did an excellent job getting the old furnace out and the new one in, including piping, connections and installing the new wifi thermostat. That was all done very professionally and to our complete satisfaction. Good job!

Prompt response to our furnace issue. The technician quickly diagnosed the problem and had the necessary part on hand. Our heat was restored in record time. Highly efficient and prepared.

We used BelRed to service/clean our furnace and to inspect our electrical system because it was old and we were opening some upgrades. Paul did a great job servicing our furnace. He cleaned the filters and me sure it was operating properly.
Cade and Dylan inspected our electrical system and made some recommendations regarding electrical system to bring it up to code. We had them do the work that afternoon. They were very respectful of our property and made sure to clean up after themselves.
Unfortunately, we had to leave so Thomas and Gus came over later to install some surge protectors. We had a little issue with circuit that the refrigerator was on. We called the appliance store and together with Thomas and Gabe came up with a code complaint solution.
Everyone was professional and polite. I would recommend all of them if you need their services. -
Where do I begin... the lying, the price gouging, refusing to complete agreed upon and paid for work, the slimy selling tactics the repair man used... I almost don’t know how to word this review, but let me try. I will try and keep this short as there is a lot to say. I am going to try and keep this without emotions so you can just plainly see how horrible this company is, but know that I have had 6 hours to calm down and write this review.
It started with a phone call to the either pleasant yet dim witted OR misinformed receptionist who quoted $100 for a diagnostic on the air conditioning unit.
Fast forward to the “repair” technician arriving who charged $150 with no reasoning or explanation for the increased charge. (I put the “repair” in quotes as this guys OBVIOUSLY more of a sales person than an actual repair technician, and I’ll explain more in a minute)
The guy arrives on location and took approximately 20 minutes to deliver a quote of over $6,000... When questioned on the price he listed about 7 different items that he dreamed needing to be replaced. With one of the charges over $1000 just to drain the AC units to pull a part out and not replace it, but to simply clean it.
With the top of the unit uncovered you can clearly see simply some dog hair that had collected over the span of 12 years. (Now at this point some words have been had with the technician and lets just say he realized he was not dealing with a sucker, like he had assumed he was)
After removing the dog hair the AC unit started back up and started cooling the house down. That work cost $1000! (Now don’t get me wrong I get that speciality jobs have a fee, but $1,000 to pull the cover off and clean out some dog hair seems, I don’t know, but a bit high...)
This is where it gets fun, the technician then claimed that after further inspection the AC unit was going to need an additional $2,000 worth of repairs, despite it being back online and fully functional as it had cooled down the entire house by this point. (More words said, I’ll let you picture the tone of that conversation) so that puts the total quite around $8,000. (Ps the unit was still working and running at this point when he said that...)
Now here is where the real fun starts, the technician was overheard on the phone talking to someone who was continually coaching them on what to say to try and “close the sale” of over $8,000 worth or repairs. (I see nothing wrong with spying on someone working in your home) this a quote from what he was heard saying “I’m sorry man, I tried everything I even tried scaring them but they won’t budge”
But wait, it gets better... when the $8,000 quote was denied, he refused to finish the already paid for and agreed upon work of cleaning out the top filter of all the dog hair and replacement of a small capacitor ( a small cylinder part on a mother board that did need to be replaced, a quick google will show you more on what they do.)
Now at this point he is not working, so a phone call was made to the office and within minutes he completed the work and left.
Now, I’ll let you decide if you want to work with this company.... I’m still debating if a BBB (Better Business Bureau) complaint needs to be filed, not due to anger, but for those who are not as informed and fall for this bull. -
Excellent customer service and fast results. Heating & Air Conditioning Seattle handled our AC issue the same day we called. They really care about doing a good job. Highly recommended for reliable HVAC work.

Heating & Air Conditioning Seattle came through when our heat went out unexpectedly. Their technician arrived on time, worked efficiently, and explained the repair clearly. Very professional and honest service at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend Heating & Air Conditioning Seattle for all heating system repairs and maintenance.

Bel Red came out today to do a through clean of my vents. Part way through the cleaning we realized their vacuum was spewing all the dirt from the vents into our house. All over all furniture and floors. The technician said the vacuum was broken and went back to the shop for another vacuum, which took 1.5 hours. In the meantime I spoke to the office and requested that the clean all the dirt and dust they spewed around my house. I got a text that they would get back to me. Technician arrived with new vacuum but required that I pay full cost of service upon completion. I told him I would hold back a percentage until the house cleaners showed up, at which point I would pay the balance. The declined and left with their equipment. Management has not contacted to set up a house cleaner as of yet.
