We are very happy with the installation of a heat pump through Cloud 9. Looking for HVAC installation is extremely stressful, and Brent was considerate and patient with his explanations of the process. A big reason we went with Cloud 9 was because of their installation. They were not rushed and weren't just "slamming in" a new heat pump in less than a day to move onto a new project. They took their time so that they could provide a high quality installation with attention to detail. The whole team of Brent, Mike, and Ryan were really great to work with!

I had a complicated project to switch my central heating gas furnace to a heat pump as well as add additional units to heat and cool individual bedrooms. Mike and Brent went above and beyond throughout the whole process from recommending the appropriate equipment to the installation process all at a competitive price, doing a very clean job overall and paying attention to little details like aesthetics of exterior HVAC lines etc. Every day they arrived right on time and finished the job on time as well, and were very pleasant to work with. They even did a thorough cleaning after it was all done and it was as if no construction had taken place inside the home!

Brent and his team at Cloud 9 Heating were understanding of what my home needed, and provided a great recommendation at a reasonable price. His team was able to get my whole system replaced the following week and took just two work days for install. I received a few bids, Brent stood out as somebody who communicated the most effectively and made me feel secure in purchasing a new unit. I would highly recommend him!

Cloud 9 installed our new heat pump system and took out our old furnace, and they did an awesome job. The whole team was super friendly, professional, and made the process really easy from start to finish.
After the install, we thought one of the vents might be leaking from condensation, and they came back multiple times to check it out. Each time being patient, thorough, and genuinely wanting to make sure everything was perfect. Turns out it wasn’t the venting atl all it was our fridge leaking! But they never made us feel bad for calling, and they still took the time to make sure we were comfortable and everything was working right.
Our new system runs great, the house feels so much better, and the customer service has been amazing. Definitely recommend Cloud 9 to anyone needing work on the house.

Mike and Ryan installed our central AC and ADU mini-split a few weeks ago. Overall, a fantastic and smooth experience. Mike was incredibly patient with my many HVAC questions and stands behind his work! The mechanical inspector noted their work looked top notch and did a clean installation.

They went above and beyond to ensure the concrete pad was shored up with an extra wood slat and minimal sheet rock cuts to run electrical from our utility room to the crawl space. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for either central AC or mini splits. Thank you Mike and Ryan - we’ve been staying cool this summer!

Their ok as a whole I had a very pleasant cleaning service with Dustin there he cleaned well and was a good guy to have clean my ducts .

After taking a $3000 deposit, this company has never came back to do any work at all. After I tried calling them to get my money back, they promised to return the check but of course, they didn't. Now they are ignoring my phone calls. Don't hire this company or you will have to go through a law suite to recover your money.

Our experience with air pros was great. The guys just installed a mini split in our house, they were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Sheldon and his crew were kind, had great communication, the installation went quickly and their price was fair. We’re super satisfied and will definitely be referring them to our friends.

These guys did a great job in helping me with an electrical issue. Promptly, reasonably and with top notch service. Yet again they came to my rescue when we had an issue that needed to be sorted the same day. The team worked to fit me in their schedule, didn't charge me an exorbitant 'emergency fee' and did great work. These are the best guys to work with and I can't recommend Bravo Electric highly enough.

Our furnace wasn't doing its work properly. For this reason my room was going out of climate control. Ben is my friend. One day he came to my home and saw this problem. He fixed it without charging me. That's a high level of expertness..

There are 3 rooms in my home. I was looking to install 3 AC units in my 3 rooms. Also I needed a team who can install the work within my budget. I have deal with Ben about that and he agreed to install 3 AC as my requirements. He installed the ACs on the next day of dealing with him. No fault happened and ACs are working good.

They came and replaced my compressor. It was making strange noises, and I think it was overheating, but it seems like a quick fix and they got it done right away.

They go a great job with fixing and installing ac units. Very satisfied with their services
