Augusta Lawn Care was awesome ! Even in the rain, my yard looks fantastic ! Spencer did a great job of navigating through my yard full of hills, rocks, and mud. He cleared it up, and left no trace of debris. I would love to have him back again.

The guys came to give me an estimate. I told them exactly what I wanted. They quoted a good price for and were able to do it on the spot. They provided helpful information on their other services too. I was super happy with their work and commitment to customer service.

I had called for a quote for a landscaping project, I explained by requirement and then I was asked for all my info like Name, phone number, email and address. After providing all the information, the operator informed me they don’t offer the landscaping service I am looking for. This really seemed like a waste of time, all they needed to do is it inform me at the beginning of the call that they don’t offer the services.

Outdoor Design by Oz goes above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy and that their ideas come to life. Not only did I have them do my entire back patio and turf, we had them come out and do another project. Not only did I trust them to do the work again, because I knew it would be great, the best part is that every person on his team are professional, easy to work with, and communicate every step of the way. We’ve been so happy with all of their work!

l spent 5 months working with them. They say they are a high end firm and yet couldn’t handle our project. Their backyard design was in ms paint, they had no idea about what materials was needed, they don’t have partners to support and had to scramble for 6 weeks to find a person just to do a permit review, they had no plan or schedule. In general just a mess. I would avoid at all cost.

I had misfortune of crossing paths with this company in the process of developing a patio for our home. They sent a representative who provided a very attractive quote. This quote was conveniently devoid of dimensions of any kind, as well as details of the materials to be used. The moment I paid their nonrefundable 10% deposit, the estimator was conveniently replaced with someone else who insisted that somehow our project scope had changed and as a result our "estimate" increased 150%. Suspicious, we went about obtaining four other quotes for the project and found that this company had intended to charge over $10,000 more than even their most expensive competitor. The lack of details in provided estimates, the non-refundable deposit, and bait and switch tactics are designed to leave customers with no recourse but to over-pay. There are many other landscape companies in the Puget sound area. I would recommend going with literally any other outfit.

I believe referrals are the best resource when finding a contractor for any type of extensive home project! I first met Ozzie by way of referral from a high school friend! After my initial meeting with Ozzie, I was a bit overwhelmed with the overall estimate for the scope of work I was looking to have done. Ozzie, very clearly and professionally, explained that projects that large, are usually done in phases. It took about a year before we were able to begin Phase 1, and even though we shopped around, I had the intuition when I first met with Ozzie, that he was going to be our guy! Ozzie walked us through every phase of the project, initial design ideas based upon what would work within our budget, demo, build, and follow up after completion. His knowledge and experience are impeccable, and the workers he hires are just as exemplary! The love they put into the construction of turning our side yard in a patio oasis is beyond measurable! Can’t wait for the next phase to begin!!!!

Best contractor Ive ever had! On time everyday, stuck to the quote, and had the foreman check in with me everyday. Best part is the same crew showed up everyday from start to finish - no subbing out to different people. Really, really, pleased with the work and craftmanship. Looks like a whole new yard and for a fraction of what other contractors wanted - would highly recommend Outdoor Design by OZ. Next project goes to them - no more getting 3 quotes and I know they do quality work!

We moved into a new home - newly built in March 2018. The backyard was small and the concrete patio 10x12. We met Ozzie at the Home and Garden show and immediately it was a team effort. We had several bids and because of Ozzie's style and we felt honesty we decided to go with Outdoor Design by Oz. Two months later (we needed HSA approval) we have a brand new gorgeous large patio and a separate sitting area. The backyard looks amazing. Ozzie's install team was kind, courteous, and great designers. We so enjoyed working with the entire team. We highly recommend Outdoor Design by OZ. You won't be disappointed.

We had an incredible experience having a patio built on the front of our house by the Oz crew. From the design steps to the final cleanup, they have been kind and creative and took care of every single detail. I know nothing about construction and they held my hand through each step! I'm only mad we didn't do this sooner!

We purchased our home in September and knew immediately the backyard space needed some updating. We quoted out the work with a few companies but Ozzie and his team helped us develop a design and was super responsive from the start, even following up to see if we had any additional questions between conversations.

The demo and project team became like family as they worked tirelessly for months on our project. We looked forward to seeing them each day. Their eye for detail is amazing. They always checked with us for design decisions and were never frustrated when we tweaked scope after they’d started on something. They’re professional, dedicated and friendly.

During the big rain in December, our basement flooded. Coming from sunny Southern California, we didn’t have the first clue how to tackle the flood. Our project manager didn’t hesitate and jumped right in to help us move furniture, pump out water and troubleshoot a solution to stop the water flow. He worked until 7pm on a Saturday night just to make sure we were in an okay place before leaving.

100% recommend Ozzie and his team to anyone looking for an upgrade to their outdoor space. Their work speaks for itself but the amazing team that will help you improve your space is a great bonus.
