Baxter and team completely revamped our yard last summer. They are nothing short of incredible. We did a complete overhaul of our yard, taking it down to dirt. The plan was beautiful and it has taken complete form. We have started to see late Spring bring the plants to life and their growth is beautiful. Our plan consisted of design hardscapes, trellis, sod, natural shrubbery, a massive laurel , and two levels of fence. We live in Wallingford and wanted our yard to blend into our surroundings while staying true to our aesthetic. They found the perfect balance. Baxter is dedicated to the project and will see it through completion. It is now typical for passerby’s to stop and ask who landscaped our yard- Baxter ears must be burning for the praise I sing. Hands down the best experience I have had yet with a large scale improvement project.

Wonderful transformation of our old, outdated aggregate patio area into an inviting, updated, beautifully landscaped space to enjoy for years to come. The landscaping installation crew - Angel, Dennis, and Jorge - were great! Very conscientious, hard working, thorough, pleasant and always left the work site clean and tidy at the end of the day. Can't say enough good things about them. Also very pleased with the design process with Baxter and James. They were thoughtful in their design ideas, responsive to our input, and in addition came up with a very attractive solution to another area of our yard that had a water feature that no longer worked.

Pacifica Landscapes helped turn our underused backyard in an oasis of tranquility and a place that my family loves to hang out in and enjoy. We've received so many wonderful comments from our neighbors and I'm so happy we chose them to work with. We highly recommend.

If I could give a score less than zero I would. David Baxter came out to the house and provided an estimate which was based on a retainer for design. I was like ok these guys seems legit so signed the contract. Once signed and the money cleared Baxter informs me that the first design consultation will be in 13 weeks. Ok that wasn’t on the fine print or said verbally. Anyway designs come through at least 16 weeks later and IMO they are average at best so we do a rounds of edits. Finally we lock on a design and I say to Baxter - ok when can you fit me in - he provides a timeline of next earliest availability - 6-7 months later. I gave up. They cashed my retainer and I never heard from them again. My watch out for others is to ensure you have an in writing commitment to all aspects regarding dates and timing as they are not transparent on that front.

Loved working with Baxter and his crew. Baxter and his design team are artists! They have transformed our front yard. Last night, I was having drinks with friends in our new front yard space and I said to them, "Our front yard used to be an eyesore. Now, it's a place everyone wants to be." I am now recommending Pacifica to all my friends.

Baxter, the owner, was very accommodating and patient with my endless questions and came by every other day to check on the progress. The crew was super pleasant and had great attention to details - true craftsmanship. They completely refurbished my sad flag-stone patio, readjusted falling stairs to our back door, and installed irrigation and lighting systems. My yard was turning into a jungle and I had zero time to deal with it. Found a local landscaping crew that had a bunch of good reviews and gave them a call. They showed up two days later and got straight to work. Trimmed the bushes cut the grass cleaned the beds and even pulled weeds I didn’t even notice. They did more than I expected honestly. Took about three hours and the place looked brand new when they were done. The crew was friendly and asked questions to make sure they did things the way I wanted. Only issue I had was they were about 15 minutes late but they called to let me know so I didn’t mind. They bagged all the clippings and didn’t leave a mess behind. I already booked them for monthly service cause I know I won’t keep up with it myself. It’s nice to actually look at my yard and not feel embarrassed. These guys worked hard and made a big difference fast. If your lawn’s looking rough call someone like this. You’ll be surprised how much better it feels when your yard’s cleaned up.

We were most impressed with the timeliness, efficiency, and skill Pacifica Landscapes brought to our project, and we love the results. Enrique, Carlos, and Daniel worked incredibly hard to make everything mesh on the ground, while Baxter and Ian managed the administration. Together Pacifica replaced a 100-year-old crumbling and foliage-covered wall with a block construction plus three sturdy Corten planters, all of which is more aesthetic.
