Ramiro from Devonshire Landscaping has done several different jobs at our home. He brings his positive, hard-working & friendly attitude with every task. Yesterday in the cold he pressure-washed our concrete patio & deck and it looks great. His work exceeded our expectations. Thank you, Ramiro.

Update: I have been using Devonshire also for landscaping for a few years now. Miguel and Nelson have done a great job on my yard. They proactively make a different plan each week and make sure everything is looking good in my yard year round.

I used Devonshire's design services and installation for a new seating area, with sauna, and lighting. Rick and Katrina were fantastic to work with. Katrina's designs were exactly what we were looking for and could not be happier. The installation team was meticulous in their work, giving the new landscaping a handcrafted feel. Just an incredibly smooth and enjoyable experience. We look forward to having more designs done in the future by Devonshire.

I've been a customer of Devonshire for over 20 years and lately Alex & Jose have been caring for my lawn and flower gardens. They do a superb job and I receive comments from the neighbors passing by about how beautiful my property is.

Alejandro and Jose Cachu are the current crew from Devonshire, who we have used since we purchased our home 7 years ago. Without needing specific direction, they know what to do: trim this, weed that, clean this, and tidy everything! It's great having a beautiful garden while achieving my lifelong goal of NOT being a gardener!

The team at Devonshire (shout out to Rick, Dan and Colin!) has been truly wonderful. We recently bought a property with a steep slope on "Environmentally Critical" land in West Seattle. It was overgrown with invasive blackberry vines, Japanese knotweed and horsetail and had not been properly landscaped for years. Devonshire advised us on city regulations and how to manage the invasive plants over time.
They did an incredible job clearing the land. We were finally able to see our property! They've also done some additional planting, maintenance on the rest of the land, and irrigation. Everyone has been very thorough and considerate and professional. I highly recommend their services.

Devonshire has been excellent. We did non-trivial landscape work across our property. Rick and Katrina took the time understand our needs and preferences, translated that into a plan, and made revisions.

The crew was respectful, worked quickly, and didn’t compromise on quality. Now with spring rolling around, we’re happy to see everything coming in and for a few one off plants that had a hard time over the winter, Devonshire replaced them promptly.

We’ve since recommended them to a few neighbors who asked who did the work and will have them do any additional work.

Julio and Cecilio did a wonderful job for the cleanup of my very overgrown yard! They pay attention to detail and are great communicators. Devonshire has been our bi-weekly landscapers for the past year. Dan and his team are friendly and efficient. We enjoy the professionalism and kindness. They send a text reminder on day of service and after service is completed. Invoices are sent via email and you can pay online. Proposals are sent via email and in a timely manner. Trucks are clearly branded and employees wear matching uniforms. The entire system is professional and efficient.

Ezequiel and his crew did a fantastic job in cleaning our sloped yard. I have had good experiences using Devonshire. They are reasonably priced, offer good recommendations for doing the job right, and their work exceeds my expectations.

After an initial walk through and work assessment from Ezequiel Rosaldo, the hardworking team of Julio, Edson and Cecilio from Devonshire Landscapes came out for a massive overgrowth cleanup of our yard including weeding, pruning and lawn care. We were amazed at how much they were able to accomplish in one day. All of our needs and requirements were so well explained to the work team by their estimator, Ezequiel, it wasn’t necessary for us to provide a single instruction or clarification once the team was on site. Everything trimmed was picked up and hauled away afterward and we are left only with a yard that looks better than it has in YEARS. We were also given suggestions for future maintenance and pruning schedules best suited to our trees and shrubs. We couldn’t be more satisfied with these professionals - well worth your time to check them out.

We bought a house that had a failing retaining wall that was becoming a hazard. We didn't know who to call about it so asked a friend that is in the landscaping business and she recommended Devonshire (we'd seen them do some work on other houses in the neighborhood and really liked the work they did) so I called to get an estimate. Rick got back to be within a day, and Miguel came out within a couple of days to review the job. Because it wasn't a huge amount of work, they said they could fit in between other larger jobs and quickly got me an estimate that I thought was very fair. I also requested that they build in some rocks that could be stepped on to get up and down the wall to the parking spot below. I thought it was a big ask, but the guys did it and it looks great! The work done exceeded my expectations and blends in perfectly with the surrounding, original work. The workers were great -- always working hard when I went outside, showed up on time and completely cleaned up after they were finished. I would not hesitate to recommend them and I will definitely use them again for my next project!

Very professional, friendly, and easy to work with. Having never used a service like Devonshire Landscapes before, and having a yard that needs lots of TLC to get it back to looking its best, I didn't know where to begin. Devonshire to the rescue!

Specifically Ezequiel who consulted with me to formulate a very reasonable plan with clearly outlined steps and timelines.

One of the first steps was for a crew to come out and just get my yard to the state it needed to be in for continued maintenance and additional projects. Ramiro, Edson, and Cecilio were on that crew and were fantastic. They showed up, I said hello and they got to work implementing everything Ezequiel and I had talked about. Everyone on the crew was very respectful, friendly, and obviously took great pride in their work, which they should because they did a fantastic job! Our trees and creeping junipers have never looked so good to my eyes.

As someone who works from home, I was also very impressed and pleased by how autonomously, professionally, and quickly Ramiro and his crew worked.

I feel like I'm in very expert and capable hands with Devonshire!

It's really great that it's the same crew that shows up as it's really nice to have a chance to get to know the crew helping me out. The crew of Jose and Jose are also very professional, detail oriented, and very good at what they do! With each mow, the pattern is different, their tip-top gear and skill leaves the lawn and entire yard looking better than I could imagine. With each visit, Jose and Jose have executed on the overall maintenance plan with precision, efficiency, and professionalism.

I also very much appreciate the email summaries of work performed, suggestions for seasonal maintenance additions, and how efficient and professional all the emailed and in-person communications have been.

Devonshire was great to work with and I hardly know their crew was even here the clean up was so neat. Our back yard had several stump issues before planting could happen and everything got removed/resolved within the original timeframe. Professional landscaping costs more than DIY, but you truly get what you pay for and Devonshire Landscapes was well worth the investment. Thank you to Rick, Katrina, and their crew!

Our HOA had the good fortune to connect with Devonshire nine years ago. They expertly and professionally manage our six acres of trees, grass, shrubs, and flower beds on a regular and ongoing basis. The crew is dependable, arrives on time, and they are hard-working and efficient. They are much more than a “mow and blow” type of services company and our landscaping flourishes under their care.

I would like to give special thanks to Alex and Jose who worked so diligently weeding, trimming ivy, removing blackberry vines and mulching last week, and for leaving such a tidy and calm oasis around my home. I wholeheartedly recommend and trust this terrific crew with our landscaping needs throughout the seasons.

Just has an irrigation system installed. Excellent experience. Initial review, definitive plan, on-schedule, no surprises, and complete review after install. Fantastic experience. I would recommend Colin and Devonshire for anyone looking to have work done on the property.

I'm not sure how long we've been clients (7-8 years), but am very happy with service provided. From grass cutting, shrub maintenance, weeding and leaf removal...they consistently do a great job. I have had them replace/reseed my lawn, install new low voltage lighting and remove landscape plants/bushes. The one drawback is don't get too familiar with your regular crew leader. Noe, then Ezequiel and now Oscar have all served us over the years. They have all been promoted and still work for Devonshire.
We are sorry to lose Oscar, who has been promoted within the company...always did a timely & efficient job and went beyond what was expected! The dogs will miss your early morning arrivals.
