Lee and his team were terrific. They replaced a faulty irrigation system in 2 days and left my yard clean as a whistle. Definitely would recommend them!

This company had great communication and the on site workers were positive, hard working and effective. They planted 30 feet of Portuguese laurel and helped level the area where they planted it with some extra soil. It was in an awkward location (near a retaining wall on the far corner of our property from the street) and they did a great job navigating it. We would use them again for landscaping or gardening services!

My yard was a disaster - we had done a large renovation project and hadn’t maintained the yard for several years. The neighbors thought the house was abandoned. Lee’s did a beautiful job on the yard. In particular they made good choices about how far to trim trees, what to remove and what to keep of the vegetation. The pricing was clear, and very reasonable. Also, and this should not be undervalued, they were really nice.

Fernando and his crew at Lee's General Landscaping did an amazing job on our laurel hedge! They trimmed it with care to our specifications and cleaned everything up at the end. The hedge is too tall and too wide for us to do ourselves, but they have the tools and the knowledge to make it look great. And it was the best quote in town. Thank you so much!

Highly recommended. Santiago and his team from Lee’s General Landscaping did a superb job transforming our overgrown backyard and rehabilitating a neglected hardscape. Reasonably priced for the scope and quality of the work. They listened and over delivered. Won’t hesitate to get them back.

We tried to do the responsible thing and get multiple quotes for the work in our postage stamp backyard. But most of the landscapers and contractors we contacted wanted nothing to do with such a small job. Mr. Lee not only sent someone out right away, but when we had more questions he came out himself to answer them.

He asked a lot of questions to make sure he understood our (OK, my wife's) vision for the space, then provided several helpful suggestions. His estimates and invoices were clear and easy to understand, and he responded promptly to any questions or concerns. When his team showed up to start the work, they also had some great ideas from other yards they have worked on.

The work took a week, during which everyone involved was helpful and friendly. When the work was done, his team made sure we were completely happy before they packed up their equipment, and Mr. Lee called to make sure we were happy before sending the final invoice.

The work is exceptional quality, and they even fixed several issues I was just prepared to deal with due to the odd shape of our yard. 11/10, I will definitely call on Mr. Lee again when we need more yard work!

I hired Lee's general landscaping to do yard clean-up and paver repair of an area that had become overgrown and I made the right decision. They showed up on time, were respectful of the property and were the best priced by far. I wish i had more before pictures to show you the difference it made. This is a great company that keeps talented people working for them. Collin installed my irrigation system in a difficult rockery and established yard with minimal disruption. He continued to tweak the system with me until I was totally happy...which takes some doing :-) If you are near West Seattle these are the guys to hire. Their price was competitive and a good value considering the level of work that I got.

The crews are always on time and very professional. They do amazing work. Devonshire is very responsive and can do extra jobs when needed, like gutter cleaning and heavy pruning. I've had them for a few years now and my landscaping looks amazing!

Miguel, Rick, and the respective workers were awesome to work with on our yard upgrade! We were in dire need of a new fence and a drainage solution for our back yard. They provided clear options for us and gave us a competitive offering with top grade materials. Also the communication was clear and concise when something was possibly added to the scope.

Devonshire did all new hardscaping, landscaping, lighting, irrigation and fencing around my new house. Each sub team and crew were thorough and experts in their respective areas: cement stairs and seatwall, fence and gate design and build, install of gravel pathways, pavers, sod, garden beds, and plant selection. The project manager was transparent about additional costs and anticipated potential issues which built trust. The project was large and took a few extra weeks, but we love the results.

Devonshire did an amazing job transforming our backyard! The work came out great, the team was incredibly responsive, and the quote was reasonable & transparent. Coordinating was also a breeze - in a few days I was able to get an initial estimate based on photos & description of what we wanted done, Rick came out a few days after that to walk through things with me and sent me a formal quote later that day, & they started work within a couple weeks of when I first reached out.

(update) One of the best decisions I made with my new landscaping was to install irrigation. Colin McWhorter is the irrigation technician for Devonshire and I most highly recommend him. His customer service is exceptional-he replies to all inquiries large or small right away. He is friendly and professional. No matter what kind of question I may have Colin is patient and very knowledgable. Colin's expertise and customer service are outstanding.
Devonshire has transformed my backyard over the past 2 years from a crabgrass wasteland into an oasis. I did not really know what I wanted when I first contacted them, but I knew that I did not want grass or a lawn. Rick & Katrina helped design and create a beautiful, interesting and very sustainable garden. I can't say enough about the team! The installation and irrigation crews do amazing work-showing up early in the morning to work full hours until the job is done come rain or hail or sun. The whole team is professional, super talented, and great at communicating the cost and the timeline. I am so pleased that I found Devonshire and most highly recommend them to everyone in the West Seattle area.

We just completed a very successful project with Devonshire this summer that included driveway excavation, drainage, a retaining wall, expanding a patio with pavers and new decking. It also included drip irrigation, pots, new beds and some plant relocations. Rick and Will were very communicative and great listeners - taking as much time as was needed to explore various options to solving the scope of the project with a budget conscious frame of mind at the forefront.

They were able to start soon after the estimate was approved. The crew was incredibly respectful of the home and our neighbors. The site was as clean as could be expected and the end result is great. I had no trouble communicating with the team, and each crew member listened and responded positively when we requested tweaks in the moment. Finally, they stuck around and completed every final punch list item we identified.

This is an honest group that is enjoyable to work with. They clearly take pride in their work and the neighborhoods they work in.
