Hank showed up and gave me a generic quote, hot tub and garage panel work, ordered hot tub and accessories for garage, called Hank, wife said he was sleeping, will call me back, never did, called Hank set appointment for 9 am on Wednesday, agreed, never showed, sorry Hank three strikes, You are out !!!

Have used Hank in the past and he is top tier, however I think the business may now be closed as I got no answer at the number after multiple calls (no voicemail option).

This man totally saved my freezer full of food just by knowing his stuff. He helped me over the phone and educated me on how my home was made and where a secret little breaker button in the bathroom was that controlled my exterior outlet. Thank you for saving my freezer food and being a kind person!!

Hank of Lighthouse is generally regarded as the best electrician in my Mason County. I had him install a new electrical panel a few years ago. The county inspector grinned while inspecting Hank's work and said, "I can always tell when Hank did a job because it is so meticulous."

I have called Hank twice with safety concerns about a rental property that had sustained some tenant damage. Both calls were in the afternoon, and both times he responded to the call the same day. This kind of service, and the thorough way he checked every outlet in the property are the reasons why I recommend Lighthouse Electric to anyone who needs somebody who will do the job right!

Hank is a great guy and totally helped us in our time of need. He did a great job and had our power on safely and quickly after an electrical emergency. He even talked to my kids about electrical safety.

Hank is a very caring man and explained every step of the way what he was doing and why.. We had a warm outlet that made one not work and the others starting to get warm. He saved us from disaster. He also looked at an outlet in our kitchen that did not wk since we moved in in 2001 and it was wired opposite of what it should of been. So now that outlet is up and running.. Very reasonable also..( From wife of chads.. )

I was desperate for someone to come out and they found a way to accommodate even though their schedule was full. There technician were prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond in solving my problems and helping me know how to avoid future problems.
