Excellent installation. I hired Kilowatt about 2 years ago to install a standby generator. I already had the generator I wanted and they knew all the other parts I would need and they got those. The installed an automatic switch to transfer power and they had to move the meter. The only issue was with the city and they told us that they had shut off the power and they had not. Fortunately they were cautious and checked before continuing work. Because of this and a couple of other issues they had to come back a couple of times to finish the job. They did not charge me any extra for the problems.

In the picture the generator is the tan box under the window the switch is the grey box next to the meter. The heat pump was already there.

Anytime I know someone that needs electrical work I recommend Kilowatt.

Called to have an estimate done then called back saying I would like to just do the work and they said they miss understood that I wanted the work done. Get a call 45 min before electrician is supposed to arrive saying he doesn’t bring tools on Friday it’s just estimate days. I do not recommend this company.

As you can see below it is the customers fault and not the companies. At to pass the buck but hey it’s ok I already have a new company coming that seems more knowledgeable and said yes they can do work on day requested even if it’s same days a quote. Good luck with future customers.

I was grateful to the men who came into my home to replace 5 outlets. One of them was the owner of Kilowatt Electric, LLC. They completed the tasks and then asked if I needed anything further since that had some time left, so I told them I needed to put a balast into the main closet, which they did at no extra charge. It only took them a few minutes but I had been waiting to do that for almost a year and they got it done for me. Thank you to Kilowatt Electric, LLC.

Why do i choose Kilowatt. Because they do great work and are as honest as they come. So today i had them out to repair a faulty wall heater. I’m no electrician by any stretch of the imagination. They could have easily charged me over $350 which i authorized prior to the visit. But no the bill was $70. Why, because they found the issue was simply a reset button. So they only charged me the travel fee. I am proud to call Kilowatt my electrical go to. And you should too.

This company was patient waiting for the construction company's delays then coming in and completing their work in two days. They did a flawless job connecting my garage to my home power system. They also upgraded my current system in my home installing 5 new outlets in my home. All this for a more reasonable price then several of their competitors. I highly recommend this company!

Because we had a whole house issue, Kilowatt sent an electrician out to our home the same day. He investigated our issue, explaining what he was doing and, upon determining it was a PUD problem, did not charge us! We have worked with this company in the past and will do so in the future. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
