Constraction reviews in Shoreline, Washington

Would recommend Constant NW, they are punctual, professional and the work was amazing!

Great work and great team for my full kitchen/dining room remodel. Highly recommended!!

The Constant NW team is the only team I will go to for house work. They are all efficient and respectful and do an amazing job.

Read and his team were great. There was really communication and flexibility regarding scope of project. I’d use them again

We used Constant Northwest to help spruce up our house for resale. They were fast and good!

Read and his team were a great choice for our home. Clean, organized and punctual. Took care of my home. Great communication (which is hard to find).

Read had great communication and was able to accommodate my clients busy schedule. Looking forward to working with him on more projects!

Read did a terrific job for our house. He has worked on two different projects for us, six months apart: remodeling our master bathroom down to the studs and a lighter remodel on our kitchen. The bathroom project involved demo, drywall, plumbing, waterproofing for a new walk-in shower, tiling, and electrical. The kitchen involved repainting cabinets, plumbing, electrical, HVAC (new range hood), tiling, and regrouting (and tons of other skills I'm probably forgetting). There wasn't any task that Read wasn't capable of providing.

For both jobs, Read and his team were professional, high-quality, reliable, friendly, communicative, and reasonably priced. We were provided with detailed quotes that were spot on, and timelines that were fair given the complexity of the jobs. His work is top quality and beautiful, and we are extremely happy with the finished products. Highly recommended!

All-around top-notch experience end to end. Read was referred to me from a neighborhood site. I required a GC to bid on work incorrectly performed and not completed by a previous GC. Read is knowledgeable, fair, provided a reasonable estimate and adjusted for unidentified issues as the job progressed. His team is professional and quick yet precise and efficient. Read kept me informed the entire project and final charge was below estimated quote. I plan to hire Read for additional work on my home.

Our small upstairs deck re-do turned into a much more extensive project when Read discovered water damage and rot due to poor drainage from the old deck. That entire corner of the house needed to be torn apart and rebuilt, with frequent consultation and careful planning. Read’s team showed up early, worked hard, and were always considerate. We’re delighted with the results!

I had a really ugly splotch on the ceiling of my garage. It looked gross and expensive and appeared to be growing.

Read stopped over and looked at it and proposed a plan. What had to be done was surprising, but Read was in charge and had the problem resolved quite quicky and expertly.

Read is a pleasure to work with and I cannot thank him enough for his planning, communications, and great work ethic. I cannot recommend his company more and will definitely use them for future projects.

Read’s painter did a great job on our deck, on time and as expected. The stain they selected seems perfect for a deck, water beads up on the surface nicely. Very happy.

Read and his team were wonderful to work with as we remodeled after water damage. They were prompt, paid amazing attention to detail, had great communication, and delivered top-notch work. I highly recommend them for any remodel work you may have.

Constant NW did a fence and gate for us. Fantastic job, fast and reliable. Read worked with us on the design too.

Constant Northwest did an amazing job on our kitchen remodel! Read walked us through each step and explained to us what needed to be done and why. Read and his team were very professional, communicative, reliable and well priced in comparison to other contractors we received quotes from. We are so happy with the results and definitely recommend Read for any remodel needs! Our building’s
HOA President already reached out to them for a bathroom remodel :)

Also, we had an issue almost 2 months after completion and Read came by the same day and sorted it out quickly. Turns out we just needed a new dishwasher but Read was available to help and answer our questions. Wonderful customer service during and after our project!! We can’t recommend Read and his team enough!!

Read and his team were fantastic.

We had a challenging problem with a gutter, fascia, and roof repair on a section of an older house that a few contractors could not do or recommended replacing the entire roof unnecessarily. His proposed solution worked elegantly.

Great work, work ethic, and came in under budget(!).

Read, Andrew and Gerry were great guys to work with. I had them out to repair some rodent trim damage too high for me to reach along with an another decaying fascia board. Read gave me a clear and fair estimate, the guys showed up on time, we talked through the project, and they had it done quickly. Look forward to having these guys out in the future!

From start to finish Reid and his team are great to work with!
Professional, easy to work with, clear and timely communication, dependable, quality workmanship; he definitely takes pride in his work and his team is so nice to work with.
Great problem solving skills as well.
They started on time, finished on time and I’m thrilled with the project!
I would not hesitate to recommend them!

Never had a contractor that communicated as well as Reed did. Great job on the exterior painting job, including fixing rot and replacing siding and making paint recommendations. His crew got the job done on-time, adjusted on the fly when needed, and they were neat and tidy. Highly recommend Constant NW.

Two of my neighbors highly recommended Constant Northwest and, after completing two bathroom and 1 deck remodels, I fully agree with their recommendations. Read and his brother listened, worked through the project details with me, made adjustments I requested as the projects progressed , completed the projects on time and within budget, and I’m very happy with the results.
