Constraction reviews in Shoreline, Washington

Read and his team did a great job on our basement bathroom. They communicated clearly throughout the project, so we always knew what to expect. Overall, we’re very happy with how everything turned out!

Constant Construction finished our basement for us in March 2024, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! Read and his team were incredibly quick, thorough, and did a beautiful job, down to the finishing touches. Read always put our preferences first, but he was also consultative throughout the entire process to ensure we understood costs, timelines, etc. and would be happy with the final result. We were very satisfied with the overall cost of the project, especially because their work exceeded our expectations. We’re sincerely grateful to Read and his team for making our old little house even better for our family! They will be the first people we call if we have another house project to complete.

We had an great experience with Read Constant rebuilding our deck. He was incredibly easy to work with, an excellent communicator, worked with us to stay in a budget that was comfortable for us and just made the whole process smooth!

Please be cautious with this company. They attempted to overcharge us by tens of thousands of dollars and only after vigorously pushing back and providing proof of our own records did they back down admitting their bad accounting practices. At the end they did not complete the work but haggled over final payment. Read was incredibly nonresponsive and rarely present at the job site leaving much of the project management to us as the homeowners. This means that significant errors were made requiring re-work and additional expense and time for the project. Also, his team took advantage that I worked from home interrupting my work day constantly with questions that he should have handled / managed. The experience was very poor and I would not recommend this company.

My pipes burst last winter and did extensive damage to my home. Reed and Team did a wonderful job repairing and renovating. They are very trustworthy. His tile guys do amazing quality work. I highly recommend him.

We are really pleased with the work Read and his crew did on our house. They are professional, kind, and very communicative. I knew what was going on every step of the process and they worked fastly and efficiently. I felt I could really count on them to get the job done well and to show up every day bright and early ready to go. They were also open to feedback and last minute changes that came up. They handled any surprise complications with ease. This is so different from our prior experiences with other contractors. Definitely get in touch for your home project, you won’t be disappointed! Thank you Read, Geri, Miguel, and Andrew!

We had a great experience working with Read and his team on our basement bathroom. They were easy to work with and the workmanship was great. We’re thrilled with how they brought our vision to life!

What was once a useless and unfinished outdoor storage area off our bedroom became a beautiful, fully finished walk in closet.
Our bedroom was in desperate need of a way to organize and store clothes and shoes and we are SO pleased with the results. Constant Construction was consultative, communicative and reasonably priced. Read and Luke really listened to what we wanted and made recommendations on how to make the most of the space. Their work was well done and they patiently explained each step of what they were doing. They were also prompt and finished the work quickly but maintained high quality in everything they did. Ciara was a fantastic resource to run ideas off of - paint color, flooring and organization ideas. Would highly recommend them and will definitely use again when we need other work done!

Read and his team crushed our full kitchen remodel. They were very fairly priced and communication was awesome. They even went the extra mile and did some extra electric work. Couldn’t be happier with our new kitchen.

Read and his crew did a great job on our siding project. When they found there was no sheathing underneath our damaged siding, they engineered a solution that wouldn't affect the look of the house and worked with me to find ways to limit the extra cost. I'd work with them again.

Read and team helped us restart our stalled kitchen remodel. We had the "easy" stuff done (holes in walls, tile removed, etc.) and we were ready to patch everything up and install the finishing touches. Except "we" couldn't do it, so we got professionals.
Read got his team lined out and every single task came in on time and on budget.
Plus it looks great!
We were putting together a list of our remaining projects and asked Read if he could do any of them. "Of course we can do that" to almost every item. And if he can't, he'll help find the right people for the job.
Constant North West construction really helped us out, and we look forward to working with them in the future.

Fantastic experience having two bathrooms remodeled at the same time. The work was meticulous. All the Workers were respectful of my family and myself while they were doing the bathrooms. They were done when they said they would be done. Hopefully, I’ll save enough money to have my kitchen done by them soon.

This is a great crew to work with. They remodeled many areas of our home and impressively did so without subcontractors.
They are very tidy and they returned their working area to a cleaned state at the end of each day, including the exterior. It is a skilled group that is flexible and communicative. There was no wasted time - they reliably work according to a schedule.
Before and after photos are included of the facade remodel.

Last spring, our hot water tank failed, leading to our entire basement being flooded. The basement had to be gutted, giving us a blank slate to work with. I had a vision of what I wanted, and Read and his team brought it to life. Read made my various ideas a reality and even handled electrical and plumbing work that would typically be subcontracted.

A big shoutout to the team for their amazing work! They are professional, detail oriented, and easy to work with. The craftsmanship is top-notch, and I’m thrilled with the finished product!

We're so happy with Constant Northwest Construction Services, we remodeled down from the studs in our split home, the basement had a flood from our water heater. The crew's work was amazing, they were very responsive to our needs, was easy to work with, and each and every day we saw progress. We've heard horror stories from other construction companies, but Read's team is amazing and he did great coordination with the plumbers and electricians. Read's crew does everything in including drywall, floor install, bathroom remodel. They do practically every renovation with exceptional work, I recommend them with your future renovations.

I recently hired Read and his team for a home remodel, and the results exceeded my expectations. They expertly removed popcorn ceilings, installed luxury vinyl plank flooring, and transformed the staircase with beautiful stair treads and crisp white risers. They also completed a partial kitchen remodel, adding a gorgeous backsplash, butcher block countertops, and a modern sink. The project was topped off with fresh paint, new light fixtures, and curtain rods, perfectly bringing my vision to life.

Despite encountering more significant challenges, like a cracked floor, Read managed the entire project smoothly and finished within the estimated time. He communicated thoroughly at each stage, kept me informed on progress and any updates, and honored our agreed-upon budget.

I highly recommend Read and his team for any renovation needs—they’re skilled, reliable, and truly professional. I look forward to working with them again on future projects!

Read and his team are fantastic—great to work with and deliver high quality work. They built a stair, added a new railing and water drainage system onto our deck in 2 weeks—just in time for our party where they got good use. Several folx have commented on the high quality of their work when seeing the deck. Highly recommend this company for deck projects!

We had a great experience with CNW finishing our basement rec room! Read was very helpful all the way from the proposal phase and on, giving us lots of options and pricing with the proposal that we were able to select from. Once they started the job, everything went smooth and everyone was very pleasant to work with. We'll definitely be working with CNW again on future projects!

We hired CNW for a sheetrock repair and had such a positive experience later called them back to help us with a total kitchen remodel. An amazing and talented crew; thoughtful, timely, solid construction, creative with building solutions, easy to work with, and always left the site tidy at the end of the day. Highly recommend!

Read and his team remodeled our downstairs bathroom. Read got our bid and contract to us electronically soon after we first met to talk about the project.
Read provided ideas about the best products to use and where to buy them and we had the big items on hand before the project started to prevent delay.
He and his team are easy to communicate with, set clear expectations and timeline and do really quality work. They checked in with us about desired aesthetics throughout and made sure we understood the reasons for the technical decisions they made.
This was a positive experience and we recommend Constant Northwest for your remodeling needs.

You can trust them to go the extra mile to complete the job well!
