The apartment building I live in had a catastrophic accident that destroyed the electrical distribution panels. Unity was called in to get the electricity restored and they did a tremendous job. The panels all needed to be replaced and three months later they had the job completed, inspected and power back on in 4 days. I'm selling a house in Lake Forest Park that needs a few small electrical projects taken care of. Two weeks ago I contacted Seattle Electric to have them get in touch with my real estate agent for scheduling because I live a few hours away and she was going to get them access to the house. I followed up last week because they hadn't called her. Today I had her call them because they still hadn't called. Lance told her that he "isn't interested in working with a real estate agent" and was very rude. I called to find out what was going on and they told me they were all booked up. I've wasted 2 weeks approaching a closing date on the sale of my home waiting for these jokers to do their job.

We worked with Galaxy for our kitchen remodel. The price stayed what they said it would be, they showed up exactly when they said they would come, their office was easy to deal with. Over a period of three months, we had several of their technicians out. All were professional and competant. There were a few things I wanted them to fix, and there was no argument.
