Carlos & his team have been doing maintenance on our front yard for a few months now, and it has been great. The equipment they use is extremely silent, sometimes we don't even know they are there -- we only realize after we go out and see the lawn/tree/bushes all pretty and well taken care of.

Very happy with the clean up and maintenance of the landscaping at my home. Inherited a heavily landscaped property and it is too much for me to handle without help. Barbosa did an amazing job cleaning up the landscaping and cutting back bushes and plants. I will definitely use their services again.

Do not use Carlos Barbosa for landscaping maintenance. A prized part of our yard sadly looks worse now (see before and after photos).

I gave clear, specific instructions to lightly trim our older mugo pine and not cut below the green growth (old mugo pine generally will not regrow from bare wood). We explicitly agreed on that approach.

When I returned, the hedge had been cut well below the green growth in many areas. The result looks woody, uneven, and severely over-pruned. We’re extremely disappointed and may have to replace the hedge entirely.

He presents himself as knowledgeable about local plants, but based on this experience, I can’t recommend him for plant care or pruning that requires attention to detail.
