We have loved our service in maintaining our yard in Richmond Beach area of Shoreline. Jason and his team are prompt and thorough. They helped us with a blackberry bush and wisteria that became out of control. We recommend Ballinger Landscaping for your yard needs whether spring/fall cleanup or full service all season.

I'm the Environmental Services Director at a local memory care facility and changed over to Ballinger Landscaping in the fall of last year. Jason and his team have done an excellent job with keeping our lawns, bushes, and trees trimmed back and looking nicer after each visit. They have also done great at keeping our excessive leaf falls cleared from the grounds, hauling them off every week they are here. They are incredibly professional and prompt, they communicate well and are always looking to do the best possible job for us. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

Jason and his crew of three removed a huge swath of vinca (periwinkle) in my side yard by hand-digging out all the plants. It took less time than Jason anticipated, but much more quantity for disposal. Nevertheless, Jason charged me LESS than what he quoted. I was very pleased with the quality of the work and the great communication.

Jason and his team were great. He is there to make sure you get what you want, and at a very good price in comparison to other local landscapers. He's up front with everything, gives you a breakdown of what to expect and then shows up early to make sure things are setup for his team to get the job done. His prices for ongoing maintenance too are great, would highly recommend if you're in the Seattle area to reach out to them if you're looking to get your lawn and landscaping back to what it should be.

Jason is fantastic, honest, reliable, and flexible. He's super responsive and gets everything done quickly and efficiently. He's also communicative before and during a job so I know exactly what to expect and know everything will get done right. I haven't had any time to think about the yard this year, and before Jason it was starting to look like an abandoned house in a horror movie. Now everything is neat and tidy and my neighbors don't hate me. Win. Super lucky to have found him.

Jason and his team at Ballinger Landscaping have been a terrific asset to our family and our property. Jason provides responsive, skilled and reasonably priced services and always treats us as though we were his number-one priority. He was my elderly mother’s landscaper, and from the get go he treated her fairly and professionally. When my mother moved to assisted living and I began the process of converting her home to a rental property, Jason’s help was indispensable. On short notice, he assessed the property for additional landscaping and curb-appeal needs and gave us a detailed list of possible improvements to choose from. He was helpful in prioritizing the list so we could stay within budget while still accomplishing our objectives. He got to work immediately and was an excellent communicator. We don’t live close by, and Jason sent us regular photos of the property and his work. While the house was vacant, he was attentive to the needs of the home in addition to the garden. On a recent visit after a windstorm, he identified some structural damage to the house from fallen tree limbs and oversaw its immediate repair using one of his contacts. The resolution was seamless, quick and fairly priced. I felt that he had my back and was a valuable partner throughout the process. Our new tenants will be taking care of their own garden, so we have had to put our account with Ballinger on hold. Despite the loss of our regular business, Jason responded promptly to some unanticipated needs and continued to provide the same attentive and responsive service we have grown accustomed to. He is a true professional. I very much appreciate the care with which he tended my mother’s garden when she was his client and the many ways in which he helped simplify a difficult transition for our family. I would unequivocally recommend Jason and his team at Ballinger Landscaping.

Jason, the owner, understood and listened to all the work that needed to be done to our overgrown and somewhat neglected commercial property.

The biggest task was removing the jungle growing in the back of the property with the out-of-control blackberry/thorn bushes on top of ivy vines. Honestly, I was a bit unsure if his crew could manage to do this but I was amazed when I arrived to see the finished work - all of it was gone! I could see the ground!

He and his crew took less than the 4 days that were needed to complete this - wow! If there were any minor touch-ups or small changes that were requested, they were willing to do it.

Jason was great to work with! They easily trimmed an overgrown 20ft+ photinia hedge back into control. The communication was quick, they were very flexible with fitting into a busy schedule without pressure. Looking forward to working with again.

Jason and his team have been helping me with my lawn and yard upkeep for a couple of years. In addition to regular maintenance, they just did a larger project, which included trimming lots of overgrown hedges and bushes way back, clearing overgrown beds, and everything looks great. I have used many lawn services over the years and Ballinger Landscaping has been by far, the very best in both actual work completed on our property as well as prompt responsiveness from the owner, Jason on scheduling and any questions or special needs/requests for our lawn care services. The service team that did the work were at all times, friendly and attentive to detail. They even set out the yard waste bin at the end of the driveway for pick up for us. We were in a hurry to get our yard ready because we needed to quickly sell our house. Due to the time constraints, Jason and I did not have a proper chance to walk the property and discuss the details of what we wanted before the job. We were only able to communicate briefly once over the phone, and indirectly through a friend that was staying with us at the time. After the work was done, there were some things that did not get done that we needed. We were not satisfied and Jason was very responsive and professional in the way be handled the situation. He offered us multiple ways to make it right, including coming back to do more work on short notice AND he offered us a significant refund.

Even though it did not all go smoothly, I was very impressed by Jason’s integrity, professionalism, and his commitment to making his customers satisfied and happy. It can be hard to find good people with integrity, but the way he handled everything made the experience very positive.

Jason is really personable, low key, and easy going. He and his team did a terrific job cleaning up my backyard (pruning a bunch of clumping bamboo, weeding, edging my lawn, and removing excess leaves). The work was meticulous and thorough, and I look forward to having them maintain my yard on a bi-weekly basis.
