Update, February 2026: I have now used Susan's Green Cleaning 5 times. Each time is a relaxing and pleasurable experience. The staff are amazing, and I do not have to worry about anything. This cleaning service is very good - my place looks terrific! I had a one-time deep cleaning of my old house, and now I rely on Susan's to keep everything beautiful. It is such a pleasure to look at windowsills, appliances, bookshelves, floors, and elsewhere, and see my old home's beauty and not its dirt. Today I noticed that the doorknobs have been cleaned and no longer feel sticky when I grab them. Such little pleasures!

Because we have a smaller house, we have never felt a need for professional cleaning. However, with two small kids, we decided to try a one time deep clean and WOW it was worth every penny and MORE!! Our baseboards, windows, floors and cabinets are GLEAMING. I am so beyond impressed with the level of detail work. Moriah was so thorough! I have decided to do this every year for Mothers Day as it makes a huge difference and feels so amazing.

Madde is the best! She does an awesome job, is very efficient, and very accommodating with our kids around. Everything is always spotless!

My experience with Susan’s Green Cleaning was exceptional. I hired them as a gift to my son and daughter in law, the transaction so easy. I live far away and had to do everything over the phone. I didn’t see the finished product since I don’t live there, but my son said everything looked amazing and they were very thorough. We will definitely use them again.

Our cleaner did a spectacular job, even when the job was bigger than expected. She worked steadily until the job was done, only taking the mandatory breaks required by law. Our apartment looked move-in ready when she left. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone.

The pricing for the services provided appears reasonable. However, I had concerns about the response to a question regarding competitor pricing. The representative’s reply shifted to a comparison about living wages at other companies, which did not directly address the original topic of discussion: price comparison and possibly matching/what services would be priced for $XX pricing.

Erika is amazing! Our house is sparkling and is always so beautiful after she comes over. This is definitely something I didn't know I needed until we started - this is our fifth month we do every two weeks.
