I've used Husser Window and gutter cleaning for nearly 10 years. They wash/clean the inside and outside of hte windows in my 3 story town home on Queen Anne. In addition they do the 18 mirrors of assorted sizes inside. Their work is flawless.! They arrive on time, have a large variety of equipment for the various glass, they are organized,knowledgeable, a work fast and very careful of all the furnishings.
Liam is the new owner of the company, is very professional and a pleasure to work with. I look forward to many years ahead wtih them making their bi-annual visits.

Liam was very easy to work with from the estimating to completion of work. I’m a detailed oriented owner of a home with a second story and new metal roof. Lots of angles and height variation. And I like to have things done right. Liam and team were quick, efficient, thoughtful and got the job done safely. Great communication throughout. Will definitely recommend and use them again for more than gutter cleaning.

Liam and his crew at Husser do a great job. They removed the buildup of moss on my roof by hand. No harsh power washing that can strip the surface of asphalt shingles and reduce their life. After they removed all the loose moss from my roof and gutters. They were friendly and professional. Definitely will use them again.

Tremendous work by the Husser Window team today! They were swift, efficient, polite, and professional while tackling all four floors of windows in our Queen Anne home. Truly a top-notch experience from start to finish. Even my two teenagers noticed how sparkling clean everything looked when they got home from school — and if that’s not high praise, I don’t know what is!

I just moved and really desired holiday lights on all my rooflines. Liam explained the best path, gave me options and made it happen. I love coming home to bright cheery lights - they are staying up PAST the holidays. Highly recommend

Tate did a great job getting our new-to-us house move-in ready. Now we are reassured that any mold spores that might have had the audacity to try to remain are gone. Tate was on time, very professional, and pointed out a few things I needed to know about the house. And I really appreciated the fact that Tate brought extra shoes designated specifically for indoors, to keep the carpets clean. Thanks for your help!

The team at Susan's was phenomenal! Her team was able to get every crook and cranny clean and paid special attention to the little details that I'm still noticing now. Our previous house cleaning company recommended Susan's to us when their business closed, and our primary criteria was for a company that prioritized its employees and the environment. Susan's does both. The staff is professional and thorough, the communication is excellent, and we appreciate knowing that Susan's staff is paid a living wage along with many other employment benefits. We recently used Susan's for a long-overdue deep cleaning 1 year post major remodel. It was important to me to work with a company that uses green products, as well as having all of the appropriate licensing in place. We couldn't have been happier with the result and with our experience. As someone with sensitivities to many of the smells from standard cleaning supplies, I loved that our house had no odor post-cleaning other than somehow being fresh, and it was of course also sparkling. I still don't know how they got our fridge to look like new! Communication was great from the beginning to the end and while the prices are higher than some of the other cleaners in the area, the quality of the service, products used, and communication made it worth it for us. We'll definitely use Susan's the next time we need a deep cleaning!

We love Susan's Green Cleaning. They always do a great job & they're very attentive to their customer's needs. We particularly enjoyed having Michael as our tech. He did a fabulous job & left treats for our kitties. Looking forward to having him clean for us again.

I've been using Susan's Green Cleaning for close to four years now and they are reliable, responsible and do stellar work. Communication is top notch and I've had no problems that haven't been able to be resolved. (the only issues I've ever had are scheduling ones and they have always worked with me within their guidelines)
I have had many different cleaners from Susan's come over the years and all have clearly been well trained and were enthusiastic workers. I haven't used another cleaning service so it's hard for me to compare, but, from what I've gathered, Susan's prices might be higher that some of those definitely "too good to be true" intro offers I see advertised on social media but that's because she is one of the few cleaning companies around here that treats her employees appropriately, as in - provides the tools and products they need, covers transportation costs, and offers health insurance and PTO.

The company's commitment to its employees and it's customers shows. I can't imagine using anyone else.

We've been using Susan's green cleaning for nearly 10 years now. Erika is super personable and pleasant. Today she did an especially spectacular job cleaning, she even dusted the shelves below our sink and organized them so they're neat and tidy. I'd love if she were our regular cleaner.

My mom gifted us a deep clean through this service right after we had our first baby! They were so great and did such an amazing job and made us feel really comfortable being there with our newborn while they worked around us. Shout out to Shawngerica and Beau who came two days in a row to get our house fresh and clean!

I love this service. At the moment I have two wonderful regular cleaners once a month. I originally had one every two weeks and gave it up to save money. It was a mistake. They had spoiled me.

I love that they treat their cleaners with respect. I imagine that's why they don't have much turnover. At any rate, I highly recommend them. They make my life immeasurably easier.
