I have a small one story bungalow with a two car detached garage. The roof height is relatively average, though it is about 6' higher on the south side of the home.

I'd previously used this company when it was a sole proprietorship owned by Norm Husser. I last had my gutters cleaned by Norm in 2021 for $150. Costs over the years prior to that had been about the same. The cost I incurred in 2025 was a bit over $300.

The cleaner arrived and after awhile knocked on my door telling me that he was done. I climbed up the ladder to have a look and thought there were too many small residual clumps of needles. I asked if the gutters could be washed out, and the cleaner did so. I was pleased with the final result, which was the level of cleaning I used to do myself.

The cleaner also cleaned off a detached garage with a flat roof and gutter. They did a good job.

Unfortunately, the cleaner disposed of all of the debris from the gutters in my tiny food compost bin. This was not so great, as I no longer had a place to dispose of my kitchen scraps. I suggested to the company's new owner that in the future they should bring yard waste bags. He agreed. I was somewhat surprised that this needed any discussion at all. Despite disposal issues, the site was left clean.

I asked for before and after photos and was given a complete set of photos documenting the work. I was pleased with this.

Some hail had hit my home earlier in the month, and I asked the cleaner if he could look for damage. His reply: "What would that look like?," caught me a bit off guard, as I thought this would be within their expertise. During subsequent discussion with the owner, I was informed that it was not.

Overall, I found the cleaner to be pleasant and easy to talk to.

When all was said and done, I was surprised at pricing. They were here for two hours. The base charge was $275 + tax for a total bill of just over $300, or $150 an hour. That’s more than the hourly rate that I paid a finish carpenter to remodel my kitchen. I'm sorry but I don't think gutter cleaning costs should be in the same ballpark as plumbers, carpenters, HVAC technicians, or electricians.

I discussed the cost with the company's owner, who stated that their rates were average for exterior cleaning services.

I had always used Norm before and thought I would simply go back to him. Next time I will do more comparison shopping. As a senior on a fixed income who's still fairly healthy, I may have another go at it myself...

I am very satisfied with the professional cleaning on the glass windows all around the home.

Husser windows and gutter cleaning is a very professional service in every way. They promptly reached out to me with a very reasonable quote, presented a bunch of options to scaled at scheduling and showed up at the right time. They did a very good job cleaning the gutter which was clogged with leaves falling from trees all around.

The day I had Husser clean my interior windows, there was a team of three young men who came in and got it done in about 15 minutes or less! Very efficient and a great job! I live in a condo and they were offering a special to residents. I would recommend them!

Highly recommend this company. We have been very pleased with the service over many years (new owner as of a few years ago- still great professional service and great work). We had our windows cleaned again this Spring and now (November) we needed our roof cleaned of moss and had moss retardant applied. The communication is timely - they send out reminder of visit, and update on the day with expected arrival time. Josh has been to our house several times and he is a professional, courteous, considerate. He and the owner, Liam are a pleasure to know.
