I have have vacuum lines on my stairs. I cannot tell you how happy this makes me. Noticing the little improvements to my home that I did not even know about.

I have been a customer of this company before and have always been thoroughly satisfied. This time they again are doing a job behind compare. My cleaner, and I say mine, because I never want anyone else. This is a mad, super, get in the corners cleaner. And mine. She likes her job and I like the end result. Susans Green Cleaning is a quality company with superior employees. Again my cleaner, Shawngerica is spectacular in my book. Thank you for the superior, quality work you do. Mine!

We have been using Susan's for a number of years and have always been happy with the professionalism and quality of service. Michael is our current regular service member and has always been efficient, thorough, and polite. Very helpful when we are all are trying to get our work done!

We had our initial deep-clean service with Tate/Susan's Green Cleaning. Tate did a great job - he was very detail oriented and thoroughly cleaned a lot of long-neglected spaces. It is such a relief to have someone taking over these tasks for us - we look forward to a long standing relationship with Susan's and hope to see Tate again in the future!

Maddie arrived right on time and went about her business after introducing herself and explaining the process. House looks great from top to bottom with no chemical smells at all. Very pleased with her work and the company's communication.

We've had Susan's Green Cleaning in for quarterly deep cleanings and the team always does an outstanding job. Shawngerica and Alivia are efficient, thorough and have been great understanding our needs. We've used other cleaning services before and while cheaper - the end result was not even comparable. Susan's Green Cleaning is worth the price and their staff has been great to work with.

I am continually impressed by Susan’s Green Cleaning. Very thorough, strong communication and excellent customer service all around. Highly recommend and already have to multiple friends and family. They pay their employees a livable wage and every cleaner who’s worked on our house is lovely and very respectful and seem to enjoy what they do. They thoroughly clean all the nooks and crannies and it’s most times, very quick for a large cleaning job. Excellent, 5 star service.

I've been receiving home cleaning services from Susan's Green Cleaning for about a year and every visit is excellent. The office team is very responsive and communicative about appt times, changes, and arrivals. The home cleaning team has been great - very friendly and respectful of our home. Our home is always wonderfully spotless after the visit with zero cleaning/chemical smell. I really appreciate the thoroughness of their cleaning professionals.

someone hired well. He greeted me said he’d like to start upstairs and He worked his magic. Everything is shiny. Some things were shiny that I didn’t know could be shiny. His personality was very warm. He said nice things about the company. He was very meticulous. Paragraph I just cannot believe the job that he did. It was just phenomenal. Just Phenomenal. Anything that was metal shown so brightly! He did something to my doors. That was just unique. They are just beautiful now anyway I was thoroughly impressed with him and with this business thank you so much.

Susan’s Green Cleaning has been cleaning my home for years and consistently does a thorough, high quality cleaning. The team at Susan’s is professional and punctual and I can always trust that they will keep my house clean and sparkling. Tate recently cleaned my home and did an especially detailed cleaning in the kitchen which had recently seen a few messy meals!

The best cleaning service I have had in 30 years of owning my house. Many good folks, but in particular Gensen L. Has been so thorough in paying attention to details, the house feels amazing. Gensen is also so nice to be around:)

Veronica and one other helper did an excellent job on a much needed Deep Clean of our home. When they couldn't get it completed in the one day they had planned, Veronica returned another day to complete the job. We were quoted a very high price, but overall, considering the work that was needed and the work that they did, I guess it was reasonable. We are very satisfied with the results and plan to continue using their services on a more regular basis.

I like Lowe's so much better. The lady watering the vegetable would stand and glare at you because you were looking at vegetables and she was watering. I watched her for awhile as she huffed and puffed at people looking at the plants. I realize she had work to do but was just outright rude.

I like it, but don't love it.

I've had amazing experience here twice and poor service once. I went here to buy things for my new house and one gentleman helped us find all the needed supplies that we got on that trip and set us up for our kitchen to be redone. The second good experience is when they took the time to fit us into their schedule and price everything and give us tips and tricks to do things ourselves to save money.

The only bad experience I had was when I was getting garden and patio things and I spent nearly TWO HOURS waiting for assistance. No one asked us if we needed anything or approached us until we complained. The only reason we got the patio set we asked for was because the other couple that had been there even longer, had been given and extra set and they knew we wanted one. The fork lift operator decided to go MIA and then another hour waiting on the rent-able truck since they couldn't put us on a list or call us when it came back in. Thankfully, there was a gentleman there who had been there the day before who knew we had waited for so long that he gave the OK to override. While it was a somewhat busy day, I don't think we should've had to wait 3+ hours.

TLDR: A majority of the times I've gone have been positive, but the staff might do to improve on communication.

Excellent selection of plants of all kinds, even many cacti. Lots of choices for soil and soil additives (fertilizers, vermiculite, etc.), many in large bags as well. They have a decent selection of seeds, Ferry Morse iirc. There is a good selection of containers, especially clay pots, both glazed and unglazed. They have a lot of basic landscaping supplies, including lighting, fencing, ground covers, watering (houses, timers, sprinklers, etc.) and all the basic tools you'd need. They also carry a small selection of trees, bushes, and berries. Prices on all these items are moderate, but you usually don't find many high-end brands, though there are some.

High end landscapers, clean trucks, clean cut crews and highly credentialed and trained.
