Magally and her crew are quick, careful, and friendly. They do a thorough cleaning. Magally has cleaned my house for two years now and I’ve found her to be reliable, flexible, and honest. Definitely recommended!

This is an amazing team. They do an excellent job cleaning, and often go above and beyond. For example, I got super glue on my marble countertop, and they removed it, without a request. They have cleaned my oven vent when they saw the need. My kitchen is always spotless when they finish, as is the rest of the house, but the kitchen is the standout. I highly recommend this cleaning service.

Milu has cleaned my elderly dad's house for a few years now and she has been the key to keeping him independent and home from long term care. She takes care of everything personally even when she started bringing other workers in to assist her. She is thoughtful and pays attention to his needs and contacts me when there could be an issue (example finding rust in his microwave, etc). When the Covid pandemic hit she was very careful with her cleaning, always wore a mask and was very mindful of bringing in germs. I have recommended her to friends and family who have used her for their own homes and also for deep cleaning for moves. I feel comfortable and trust her with my dad's health and cleaning needs.

I had 3 people deep clean the house. It was well worth it. They did a great job. And very trustworthy as well. My partner had accidentally left some money on the table and it was all still there in the end. I will be doing more deep cleans in the future.

I recently hired Domini cleaning service, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The rate communication was confusing from the start. Over the phone, I was quoted $60 per hour, but I was never told that rate applied per cleaner. A couple of days before the appointment, the cleaner sent a very long text—my fault for not reading it carefully—which mentioned $60 per hour per cleaner. That is a big difference from what I initially understood.

When I asked how many cleaners would be coming for my small, already mostly clean house, the cleaner insisted on sending three people. On top of that, they charged an additional $50 travel fee, which I’ve never encountered with other cleaning services (and they were only traveling from Shoreline to Bellevue).

The worst part is that when the three cleaners arrived, only two of them seemed to be working. The third person spent most of the two hours doing almost nothing—mopping one small area and randomly sweeping walls and furniture with a feather mop for far too long. This felt like a tactic to inflate the cost by counting him as a third cleaner, without him actually contributing.

After two hours, the house still wasn’t fully cleaned. There was dirt left in the oven drawer, some drawers and the fridge weren’t wiped properly, and one of the toilets was still unclean. It was extremely frustrating to pay such a high rate for an incomplete job.

Overall:
- Very high rates once you realize it’s per cleaner, per hour.
- Unclear communication of pricing (you must read the fine print carefully).
- Extra travel fee that seemed unnecessary.
- Unsatisfactory cleaning results, despite paying for three cleaners.

I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone. If you do consider them, read every detail thoroughly—otherwise, you may end up with a huge bill for very little work.

Not only do I love the mission of this company AND the warmth of the staff, they clean parts of the house I didn’t know could look cleaner…like the sink and stove. I look at it and I’m grateful— they work so hard!

I’ve been using DominiClean for about a year and have always been extremely happy with the level of service. The ladies are extremely detail oriented and manage to clean areas I thought were just a lost cause! They are also professional and lovely to be around and are very accommodating around your needs (I have a baby who naps and a yappy dog). With the new remote work life, they make it easy for me to work out of my office and communicate when I need to shift rooms so they can complete cleaning. I’ve used other cleaning services in the past where I’ve felt like service has dropped off after the initial cleaning, but this has not been my experience with DominiClean. Highly recommend!
