The company was able to schedule a visit on short notice, which I appreciated. However, the service was slow and the pricing was misrepresented. In my opinion, the cost didn't match the value of the service. I wouldn't be recommending them.

Pete helped us repair and upgrade our electrical system (original 1954) from the power lines to house, by installing a new weather head, new wall strike bracket, new meter, new outdoor panel, new indoor panel and new ground wires.

He and his team were knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. Pete's attention to details and ability to explain electrical systems in layman's terms was outstanding.

We will definitely use Galaxy Electric and Solar for our future needs.

I'll never need another electrician as long as Galaxy is around! Prompt, professional, great communication, and overall great team. They truly went above and beyond to finish up our project. We had them run electrical and connect a new sauna for our home. It turned out to be more challenging than originally anticipated, but they made the necessary adjustments and completed the project without incurring additional costs. The owner, Pete, came down to troubleshoot himself and ended up doing a lot of the final work to see this job through. I'm super impressed, and again, it's great to work with such great people. I can't say enough, especially after having used a handful of electricians over the years.

We had very outdated electrical systems in our house that were a hazard. Galaxy not only provided the most reasonable bid, but also had the best understanding of what needed to be done. They started the job quickly and allowed us to add more items to the list while staying on schedule. They handled the permit process and even gave us great advice on how to handle another contractor we were working with. We felt like Galaxy genuinely cared about our home and us as customers. I’m glad to have found a trustworthy electrician that we can always call should we ever need electrical services again. We are so grateful!

The wiring upgrade for an EV charger and new outlet installation were recently completed by Galaxy Electric & Solar LLC, and the results were excellent.
From the initial quote to the final cleanup, the professionalism and quality of work were outstanding.
The Office Manager, Phil, was very helpful accommodating my schedule and one of the owners, Pete, performed the work. He was very knowledgeable, and answered all questions, ensuring complete understanding of the process.
Pete even returned immediately on my call, to check on post work electrical issue occurred in my kitchen, not related to performed work.
The wiring for the EV charger outlet is seamless and perfectly placed.

Im very happy with my new EV charger, and updated electrical panel. Clemente. Rodrigo and Zoran were friendly, professional, did good work and cleaned up after. It was great to work with them.

We had Galaxy replace our aging panel, run a new circuit for an electric range/oven, replace a light/fan fixture, and add overhead lights in our living room.
We were very pleased with the professionalism of both our first contact to get a bid, and throughout the work. Galaxy was very professional, courteous, and clean. We have 2 small children so the clean up was important to us. They took excellent care of our house. They also communicated with us throughout the work to ensure our needs and wants were being met. They performed a thorough walk through when finished and answered all the follow up questions we had.

Galaxy Electric & Solar installed my Tesla Wall Connector in Bothell, and the experience was excellent. Roger and his team were professional, explained everything clearly, and made sure the charger was installed safely and up to code. The work was neat, done on time, and now I can charge my Tesla at home without any issues. Highly recommend them for EV charger installation and any electrical work!

Received prompt and friendly service. JR came out and troubleshooted our problem and was able to find the loose wiring in a reasonable time frame and fixed the problem. Will use this company again if/when needed.

My electrical panel failed and I called around to get quotes to replace it. Wanted to use a small company thinking the service would be better. I wasn't disappointed. My house was built in 1979, so my panel was almost 45 yrs old. Electrical codes have changed since then and I had several other electrical issues which needed to be addressed. Austin and Josh worked really hard to install my new Siemens electrical panel and bring me up to code. The company did a good job communicated with me during the project, which I appreciated. I never did business with Galaxy before, but I'm happy with how the installation went. Highly recommend.

Roger not only fixed our bathroom fan issue, but also went above and beyond to ensure that the fan would perform better. He was also very considerate of our pets, ensuring to keep doors closed and rooms closed off as needed. I will be requesting Roger by name in the future!
