THEY WERE AMAZING! We have had several backups in our basement shower. Previous plumbers we called put on a big drama and told us stories about our problem pipes and snaked the line and charged much. Salish came, fixed the problem in under a minute, explained why it was happening and showed us how we could easily clear the line ourselves the next time. Charged us nothing! That was AMAZING!!!!

Prompt, courteous, kind and professional.
While trying to clear our clogged shower on our own (as we’ve done many times in the past) the snake got stuck and we couldn’t remove it.
My husband called another business first, left a message and they couldn’t come out until Monday.
He then called Salish Plumbing, and we are glad he did.
Garrett kept in contact with us regarding his arrival ( even able to come early), and treated our home with care. He finished the job promptly and we couldn’t be more grateful.
We highly recommend Salish Plumbing and should the need arise, plan on using this business for our future plumbing issues.

First time using Salish Plumbing. Blake did a great job of installing two toilets and flushing our hot water heater. He came back the next day to fix a couple of minor issues to complete the job. The scheduling process was easy and the price I paid was fair. Really pleased with how everything turned out.

First time using Salish Plumbing and it was a success! Patrick was able to remove an old lead toilet piping and replace it in a timely manner, with good knowledge and kindness.

Highly reccomend Salish Plumbing Co. and master plumber Blake and his very capable apprentice Sam because of friendly professional communication over the phone and in person, show up when they say they will to give you an estimate, and are prepared & knowledgeable to get the job done quickly. I had a kitchen drain that was leaking under the sink due to a rusted corroded fitting leading to the sewer pipe in the wall, and after getting three estimates from both large and smaller local plumbing companies, we choose Salish Plumbing. Their prices are reasonable, their approach and plan to fix the problem makes sense, and their work is guaranteed for one year! If we need any plumbing work done in the future, they'll be my first call!

This is my second time working with Salish Plumbing and they did a great job. They are reasonably priced, they show up as scheduled, communicate well and do good work. I felt like they were great teammates on my project.

Dustin and Eric came to our house and did an excellent job installing our shower plumbing system. Our general contractor initially made a mistake by choosing a PVC liner for our irregularly shaped shower pan, so we had to tear it out and redo the pan using a Kerdi system. Even though this change was outside the original scope—and Dustin had already completed his part—he was incredibly helpful and worked with us on the added work.

Later, we discovered the valve brand we had purchased wouldn’t pass inspection. Dustin responded quickly again and got everything sorted out. His team spent many hours replacing the valve with a qualified one. I was fully prepared to pay for the two additional trips and really appreciated how promptly they helped—without any complaints or attitude. To my surprise, Dustin didn’t charge us anything extra.

I’m more than satisfied with their service and would absolutely recommend Dustin and Eric to anyone needing reliable, professional plumbing work.

Blake and Sam did a great job. Salish got back to me right away once I realized the issue was bigger than a DIY. Although the cost was quite a lot, it was a big project that involved several teams. We were also assured this same issue would never occur again. Blake and Sam worked in the rain and wind storms without complaint. The entire job was finished sooner than expected. My husband and I agree we would use this company again and recommend Salish to others.

I cannot say enough good things about Salish Plumbing and our primary contact, Will. Will knew we were in a hurry to supply hot water for our tenants, but the boiler we wanted wasn't available just yet. He offered to install (and uninstall) a temporary hot water heater at no additional cost. I rarely see or hear about that kind of service any more; it is exactly the the antidote to interactions that can feel so anonymous. It has made us very happy permanent customers of Salish!

Friendly customer service, answered quickly ( a real person!). They were able to come out same day without a massive extra charge. Blake, the plumber, was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and informative, was able to fix our shower in a way that ended up saving us a lot of money! Really appreciate Blake and the service from Salish, we would highly recommend and will definitely use them again!

Blake and his colleague were professional, timely, and patient, especially given some issues we encountered accessing the water shut off valve for the building. They answered my questions thoroughly, ensuring I understood their process, and made recommendations for small fixes I could make on my own. Everyone I spoke to at Salish Plumbing Co., from the receptionist to the technicians has been kind, knowledgable, transparent, and incredibly professional which is why I ultimately decided to work with them. Dustin visited our flip in Seattle to inspect the sump pump located in crawl space. He spent more than half hour. Without hesitation we will most certainly hire him for our next project. I was thoroughly impressed with his professional competence and his honesty, Above all his POSITIVE attitude and a smiling disposition was unbeatable. Can you believe, for his presence for inspection at the flip, he did not charge us anything. His honesty and integrity and professional competence will drive us back to Dustin. Thanks Dustin

Unfortunately, I do not recommend Salish Plumbing. After a quick inspection, their plumber claimed I needed a $16,000 sewer replacement—without using a camera or proper diagnostics. When I asked about clearing the blockage—he only suggested removing the upstairs toilet to try clearing it, with no guarantee of success and entirely at my expense. I hired a different plumbing company, who used a camera and sewer snake, cleared the simple blockage via the basement sewer access, confirmed the line was in good condition, and guaranteed the work—for a fraction of the cost.

Amazing team that works at Sewer Friendly! I highly recommend them. Worked a huge project for me and a neighbor together. Caleb at the office was ultra responsive and a big reason we chose this company. The job was professional and I appreciated the crew especially Roto, Luis, Gabriel, Chucho and Guss. They are a family run business and you can tell they enjoy what they do. I compared to a bunch of other sewer companies. These were the most engaged and caring for our needs. They go the extra mile.

I can’t thank Salish Plumbing enough for their help and guidance. When I needed support, they didn’t hesitate to step in and help me work through my questions with genuine care and professionalism. Salish Plumbing is the best!!! Dealing with a plumbing emergency is never easy, but the team at Salish was exceptionally responsive and communicative (even though it was the holidays and schedules were tight). Everyone I worked with -- Nathan, Dustin, Erik, and Ellie to name just a few -- took their time to explain every issue in detail, walk me through all the repair options, and then schedule the job in record time. Outstanding Service with a Sense of Humor to Match

We recently had Salish Plumbing out for what turned out to be a slightly embarrassing service call — a severely clogged toilet caused by my wife accidentally flushing what can only be described as a ball of socks. 😅

Garrett was the technician who came out, and from start to finish he was absolutely fantastic. He showed up on time, explained exactly what was going on, and handled the situation with total professionalism — and zero judgment, which we very much appreciated.

Not only did Garrett quickly diagnose and fix the problem, but he also made the whole experience lighthearted and stress-free. It’s not every day you need a plumber who can remove socks from a toilet and your dignity from the floor at the same time.

The repair was done efficiently, cleanly, and correctly, and Garrett made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. Great communication, great attitude, and clearly someone who takes pride in his work.

Plumer was aware of the home owner's age and langguage barrier. I'm a renter at the home and was referred to this company. The worker who goes by the name Blake, came over to fix a small leak underneath the bathroom sink.

Unsure if he successfully fixed the leak, it was ovbious the top portion of the sink was'nt. He didnt even attach the plug stopper to the sink.

I would never recommend this company to anyone. Sadly, Blake took their money and ran on to the next victim!

We highly recommend Salish Plumbing and would gladly use them again for any future plumbing needs. Our plumber, Patrick, was professional, courteous, punctual, and reasonable with pricing. He was also timely with both diagnosis and service. In our case, the installation was completed the very next day—on Christmas Eve—which made a significant difference for our family’s holidays. Garrett went above and beyond the call of duty taking caring of a clogged toilet line at my house. What initially seemed like an easy fix turned into an entire day ordeal; when plan A didn’t work Garrett was prepared with plan B/C/D/E - this guy would not give up fixing the problem and amazingly kept the price to the initially agreed upon amount. His communication before arriving, and throughout the process, was A+. Salish Plumbing is incredibly lucky to have an asset like Garret and now will be the first company I call when any/all plumbing issues arise in the future.
