Kevin came out on my annual maintenance visit and again showed a high level of professionalism. Quality Heating is now Mercurio’s but have expanded their services. Better than before. Highly recommend.

Had an appointment to do a annual maintenance(tune up) on my furnace and a/c unit bet. 8-10 am, arnold call around 8:15 and be here by 10-20 min, show up within 10min. did a super job checking all both unit component to make sure its in good working condition, very good tech, very knowledgeable about his field, highly recommended to keep this guy to your co., five star for sure, can i request this guy to do maintenance next time? by the way this is gil, rita husband who did this comment, thanks

I had Tori stop by for a consultation regarding replacing/servicing my gas furnace. She was genuine, friendly and professional. She was attentive to my situation and provided sound, knowledgeable advice. I would recommend her to anyone in need of heating and cooling services.

Kevin came to assist us with our fairly new HVAC system ( 3 years old). He helped explain what we needed to do for maintenance and made some minor repairs. He helped explain some of our thermostat issues.
We had the HVAC installed in the midst of COVID It was so nice to have such a personal touch. Highly recommend the service we received from our technician Kevin.

Chris was able to come out promptly and fix my circuit breaker that was buzzing when the ac kicked on. It no longer is buzzing and he checked all other circuit breakers as well to give me peace of mind. Also liked how they offer to check all outlets as well at no additional cost. Would recommend to others that need any electrical work!

I love the fact I could book my appointment 100% online! They were very responsive and kept me up to date on when they would arrive. Mike was the one who came for the service call. He was very polite and professional! Very informative and let me know, up front, what the costs would be. I’m a real estate broker in the area and would recommend them to my clients! 😀

Quality Heating, now Mercurios, installed my furnace and air conditioner several years ago. Their service was excellent then and continues with my annual inspection contracts. I always request Kevin Koehle because he is very thorough and explains test findings. Knowing that each unit is inspected and functioning properly is well worth the annual fee.

This is the 3rd time Kevin has performed the annual maintenance service on our ductless system. He is always very thorough and explains his work and answers questions very well. He also provides good suggestions for how best to maintain the system. I highly recommend him.

Our second visit from Mercurio’s was with Brian, the electrician who visited our house in order to repair faulty wiring installed by another company. He was very personable, professional and courteous. He did an excellent job, leaving clean wiring and a properly functioning furnace. Another excellent experience from Mercurio’s. Mecurios did a great job installing my new furnace/ac AND running a new vent to my living room. Sam was very knowledgeable and worked with my requests. I definitely will be using them in the future.

The technician, Donaven, was very personable and knew what he was doing. He explained the procedure understandably. We would be happy if he was our tune-up technician every time!

I am used to excellent service and my house staying warm and cozy due to the excellent annual maintenance provided. David did a great job. We just had our annual furnace and AC service performed by Jadon from Mercurio's. Jadon was very friendly, professional, and thorough. It's always a pleasure doing business with these folks.

Kevin Loihle came out today to do my regular maintenance on my furnace and air conditioner and did a great job. He is always friendly and explains every detail of what he has done or what needs to be done. He also recommended I get a couple carbon monoxide units for my home as the one I had was really old. I will continue to work with this company in the future.

The team quickly got started on my water heater replacement upon arrival first thing Tuesday morning. They took their time and did a great job tying in the new unit to the existing connections. When they finished, they explained everything done before final cleanup process. Place was left as neat as when they arrived. Great service!

My experience with Mercurio’s was a positive one and I will call them in an emergency or anytime we meet heating/cooling maintenance or repair. Kevin L was truly wonderful! He was professional, kind, caring, and very knowledgeable. He even took the time to take pictures and explain the various maintenance procedures that were conducted, which I very much appreciated.
