We had Tyler A. as our consultant, and Arnold and Matt as our service team. They installed a new furnace and hot water heater after our furnace died on us; luckily they were able to come out and give us a quote right away, and they were able to secure a unit for us within a few days. Everyone who helped us was so friendly, and Tyler showed concern for our comfort, offering to bring space heaters in the short few days between the quote and the installation. Tyler gave us some good advice on how to proceed with the many repairs we would need done, and he patiently went over cost and our options. The installation went smoothly with no issues, and our house is warm again! Arnold and Matt did a great job explaining what they were doing before, during, and after the installation. They had a lot of work since our furnace and hot water heater were old, and they managed it all within a day. They left the work areas clean and neat. We are thankful to the people at Mercurio’s who took such good care of us and our home!

Kevin the technician did an outstanding job in doing preventive maintenance on my heating and air conditioning systems. He clean and checked all systems to ensure they are functioning properly. He found that the capacitor in my air conditioning was failing, and out of spec and brought it to my attention. I got them replaced, because of attention to detailed of Kevin I decided to sign up for a yearly maintenance program. Thanks Kevin good job. Dom

We worked with Mercurio's to have an A/C unit added to our existing furnace. Their whole team was awesome! Tyler handled the estimate, giving us direct, honest advice. Very straightforward and did not just try to push us to the most expensive option. Arnold & Joe did our install and were quick, friendly, and clean. Great experience all around!

We had Kevin come out to perform our annual maintenance on our gas furnace. Kevin is a very knowledgeable and thorough individual, arrived early and very professional. He was able to clearly explain his findings, recommendations and corrections that were performed.
Also had the pleasure of speaking with Jennifer Johnson who was able to address all my questions, concerns and is the sweetest individual ever!
Overall a very pleasant experience dealing with these two individuals that just so happen to be local to Kitsap and continue to do their little part in the big scheme of things here in our community

Joshua Hinson was absolutely fantastic! He gave us 3 options explained the pros and cons to each option. He was very knowledgeable about ACs. He was also very professional and friendly. Thank you sir for being so awesome. This employee should be kept happy and paid very well he is fast efficient and knows his stuff!

Arnold and Tavais did a great job installing my
New gas heater. The two of them were very professional, hard working and respectful of my home. They spent time explaining every thing to me and cleaned up after them selves. I highly recommend this company.

We are in the midst of a large remodel project. So we have had electricians and plumbers come out on a few different occasions. On the electrical side, Chris has done some great work, both alone, and with a crew. My wife and I really appreciate his attitude and his creative solutions. He and his team are a pleasure to work with and the job is well done with no issues from inspectors. Same with the plumbing.

Our furnace was making lots of noise like tennis shoes in a dryer. Then it just quit running. We called a local repair but could not get ahold of anyone local as it was a Sunday. Mercurios sent mechanics out the next day. We ended up replacing both the furnace and heat pump. Very professional and they stayed until the install was totally completed. I highly reccomend Mecurios

Mercurio's installed a new heat pump w/furnace. Very pleased overall with the work performed. The true gold star for this company is the high level of customer service. Every team member was very professional and patient with all of our questions. There were a couple of hiccups on the install that were addressed immediately. Kyle, the lead guy, was amazing. We will use Mercurio's again for our hot water heater when the time comes. Definitely recommend.

Recently, Kevin L. did normal maintenance on my furnace. While was there he noticed the plastic vapor barrier was in need of replacement. After seeing his pictures I agreed.
Today Mercurio's did my crawl space with new barrier an Ian and his coworkers did an awesome job. I would recommend Mercurio's for future work. Great Job!

Had these guys come in to do some repairs and making things right to sell the house. I have zero complaints about the technicians or their work. They all have been super at their job and most excellent people on top of that. I can't say enough good things about the staff that answers the phone in the office and gets me on the schedule. Keven was amazing. He not only showed us all the pictures of the different issues with our unit
He also educated us on what we were looking at, how certain things work and optimal function. I would highly recommend Keven. He's very personable and made us feel like family.

Before Mercurios it was Quality Heating, loved them before and still love them after! Brendan was so professional and respectful and especially knowledgeable! The office ladies are the SWEETEST! They still offer reasonable prices. Cleaned my furnace making it look brnad new. Wish I got a before pic but just imagine 15 years of dust build up on the fan! It was so thick!! Surprised I had any heat haha but it's like brand new!

Kevin and RJ performed a preventative maintenance service visit and did a thorough evaluation of our heating and ventilation system. Technicians recommended a surge protector/voltage monitoring device to safeguard our heat pump from potential damage from sudden voltage spikes and prolonged voltage fluctuations. Glad we had this device installed as it would be costly to replace a damaged compressor and control board. We're very pleased with work by Mercurios.

Had our Heater and Air Conditioning unit service by Kevin this morning. The man is thorough and provide lots of information about how to improve the quality of our system, which Mercuiro's had installed last year. Outstanding service and recommendations.

This company and its employees were amazing. Brandon, Jeremy, and every single other one. We had 2 crews a total of 8 guys by the end of the day removed and installed both units on our property very professional and work together as an amazing team. Thank you all for making this a wonderful experience.

My landlord hired Mercurio's for a gas leak issue in my rental after the gas company turned off the gas (red tagged) with only a note saying there was a leak in the pipes somewhere. The technician, Dustin, came by and did a fantastic job finding the leak and resolving the issue. He spent hours checking every joint in the gas piping as it was quite difficult to find the leak. The only clue he had from the gas company was that it was maybe happening in one bedroom's walls. Excellent service from Dustin!

Technicians Arnold and Tavais, along with Electrician Ed, did an outstanding job removing our tired 18-year old heat pump system and installing a new system. They arrived on time, professional and cordial. They went to considerable effort to explain what they'd be doing and why, and encouraged questions to which they always provided knowledgeable and understandable answers. Along the way they encountered frequent technical challenges which they calmly and professionally resolved. Moving new system components from truck to install site included a steep, slippery slope - no problem for them. Removing the carcass of the old system uphill in the rain appeared sufficiently risky that I suggested they leave it where it was until the slope dried out. Yikes, they were having none of that - "the job will be completed to their and our satisfaction!"
At the end of a long day it was, a marvelous success. The system was humming perfectly, the work site was cleaner than when they arrived, and we were delighted. Arnold and Tavais represent Mercurio's extremely well. Highly recommended!

My system was serviced not too long ago by Mercurios. That maintenance service went well but don’t hold your breath on this company of something goes wrong with you system. It suddenly stopped working this week so I tried some trouble shooting from the manual without luck. Called them to have someone come out and it’s a 10 day turnaround. They are pretty unapologetic about that and tell me all appointments for the next 10 days are emergent. So, we are without heat for 10 days. Pretty lame service when in need.

Kevin provided service to my ductless system, which I had installed last year. He was thorough and incredibly kind. A joy to work with. This company has been great to work with overall.
