Had a fault on my thermostat. They sent a tech out that was courteous but didn’t know how to test much. Second tech cam out (another charge) he admitted not knowing much about this system and mentioned they were both authorized to do small repairs anymore. But techs push a maintenance plan and didn’t know how to diagnose the dusky in my system. After discussing my experience with the company they sent a free senior rep out. All three techs started the same way - how old is your unit - oh, 10 years, well then it’s likely needing replacement. They don’t fix anything. I got another small family outfit out (no logo trucks, no all knowing iPad, no sales pressure, no questions about its age (turns out it’s stamped on the unit - so why were they asking in the first place?) the new outfit diagnosed a faulty pressure sensor, replaced it - works perfectly. A few hundred vs a few thousand. High pressure sales, pressured staff, potentially toxic to the community. I hope my experience was isolated.

Additionally I entertained the idea of having a person come out and explain new options. Again high pressure sales that have to be recorded for quality - again, just can’t trust em.

Wanted to replace my hot water heater before it fails. Mercurio's replaced on Saturday and the unit does not work. Called them an hour after tech left, unit NOT working. They will not do after hours "plumbing repair". Will not call a manager to report that they were just here replacing the unit. Won't do anything except schedule an appointment for Monday morning. Two days without hot water. Horrible. *edit* Tech did come back that evening, eventually found and corrected the problem. Kudos to Dustin for sticking with and correcting the issue.

I called this company because our heater just stopped working. The service charge JUST to come out and to diagnose the issue was almost $400 alone. I believe a technician named Rob came. He was unfriendly from the beginning and within a short time said that we needed a new water pump. I watched him pour water into the hose to "prove" his diagnosis. I trusted him, and since we were in the coldest months of winter and desperately needed heat, I signed for the payment. OVER $400 FOR PUMP. In order to avoid one of the two ridiculous priced service fees I bought the member deal for a year to get a free service at a later date, which also meant that if we needed another service we would get priority on an appointment. TWO days later the heater stopped working again. I called, told a lady what happened she said someone could come out in a weeks time. I had to remind her of my membership and that priority on an appointment. A technician named Thomas came out, very nice, and worked on the heater and got it running again. We paid over $800 because of the unfriendly, scam technician Rob the first time, and after two technicians working on it, still have issues with the heater. By the way, this same pump is FORTY DOLLARS on Amazon and that water Rob poured into the hose is still there. I called this place because they had really good reviews so I'm glad that some people are happy with them. I, on the other hand, will most certainly never use them for any service ever again.

Wouldn't do business again. Techs were professional when they showed up on time and with the right work order and parts and the system functions as it should, but scheduling department doesn't listen to customer needs, or communicate with customers when a tech is delayed or not going to make it.

I had to hound them about my PSE rebate and they said they were pulling permits for the mechanical and electrical and somebody would be in touch for final inspection; that was two months ago and not a peep and there is no indication that the work was permitted with the county.

I wouldn't even be posting this review if their general manager had ever returned my phone calls and heard me out. He said in a text that he wanted to further discuss things and make it right but my last conversation with customer service they indicated that he said he had contacted me and all was resolved. Certainly not the case, maybe he got his customer complaints mixed up.

Had to update this to a one star because my diligence has revealed that they never applied for permits until asked for proof over 2 months after the work was complete. You have been warned! STAY AWAY!

I purchased a mini split from this company 3 years ago over 5k. I also purchased yearly service. I made my appt for 13 June I got a text at 1230 today confirming the appt I also got an email. At 548 PM today 12 June I got a text that said they needed to cancel and reschedule my appointment. I called and they said they were dealing with customers because of the hot weather. What am I chopped liver? I prepaid for a service but because they see more profit in repairs I get kicked to the curb. The next appt is Aug. never been treated so badly. Do not use this company they want your money that’s all customer service is a mystery concept to them. Never again

Called and scheduled a weekend appointment at the higher rate. Window of 12-5pm was given and then confirmed with a text. No call-no show. Full day wasted waiting for nothing.

Mercurio's was unable to diagnose or repair our heat pump despite attempting to work with them for approx. one month and three techs being sent out to work on it. First, they bumped us twice from a Friday to Monday to Tuesday for the initial appt despite confirming for each day. We were given two diagnoses. The first part took two weeks to come in and then the second tech decided it was not the issue and ordered a new part that took over a week to get in. Then the third tech installed the second ordered part but did not have the first ordered part with him. He could not get the unit running. When I attempted to speak with a manager about our experience, I was transferred, and the call was dropped. When I immediately called again, I was told the manager would call back after a meeting, but they did not call back for over two days. I called another company, and they got it up and running within a week.

I decided to wait until all repairs were complete after 2 issues with mercurios. If anyone looks them up, you will see terrible reviews on yelp. Better yet, look them up on L&I and see the repeat violations they obtain. I got the service I paid for only after I called them. My furnace failed the evening of install (corrected by fixing original install), the techs installing all the piping in my home left open unsealed holes to my exterior (corrected after report to customer service), failed permits to which my tech said "its a bullshit failure and theyre just looking for shit". Is there customer service acceptable? Maybe. Is first time quality a mantra? Unlikely.
