The price was over $400. The first technician arrived at 8am, though the “window” was 9am-11am. She finished in two hours. The windows had water dripping from them, there were streaks and spots and none of the tracks were cleaned. When I called the office, they asked for photos, which I sent, they apologized profusely and said that wasn’t their standard. They rescheduled another technician for the following week. He arrived 20 minutes after the “window”, washed the windows in the same manner as the first technician and left the house without even checking to see if it was acceptable. I’m done with them, no more energy to spend on this, will never use them for any service again and will warn others not to use them.

The holiday lighting representative arrived on schedule; was polite and agreeable to alterations. The lights installation along with roof cleanup was completed in a timely fashion. Thank you. Excellent job!

My roof looks amazing. Some of my windows are dirty than before they "cleaned" them lol. Looks like they scrubbed them with soap then forgot to rinse them off. Now they are all hazy.

Gavin did a great job on our Christmas lights. Install was fast, clean, and design was exactly as I requested. The overall experience from quote to installation was a great. I will use Tsunami for future projects.

Definitely not 5 star service for this return customer. Scheduled a roof cleaning over a month in advance for a brand new roof and skylight. Specifically requested to have the skylight thoroughly cleaned from tree sap. Told ‘no problem’ and fee was added to the estimate. Also emphasized that our deck was not safe to walk on (demo was to follow roof cleaning) Asked them to clearly note with their team.
When the team arrived, they were shown the condition of the deck and told not to walk on it or clean it off.
Shortly after starting, I looked outside and noticed Elijah was walking around on the deck with the leaf blower. Had to go outside and tell him again!
When they came to the door after cleaning I noticed the skylight was not cleaned.
Asked Elijah about it and was told he didn’t come with the materials or a waiver. Asked when they would be coming back, no real answer. Other household member signed off on the cleaning (which I should not have allowed) and I was promptly charged the full amount.
Called the office immediately and explained the situation and was told Elijah would be back out later in the day to complete the job.
He was no call no show.
Called back the next day and requested a refund for the skylight cleaning. Refund received but this was a very poor experience and feel we should charge you for babysitting your liability, unprepared and unprofessional employee ☹️

We manage rental homes and needed moss on the roofs cleaned (homes were 2 and 3 story). We called another company first and they were dismissive because we wanted an upfront and seperate bid for each home.

Johnny Tsunami was the second company we called and they had someone out to provide a quote the same week. At that time they offered up gutter cleaning as well. Estimates were reasonable and scheduling was quick.

Photos are within 24 hours of treatment. Moss is already turning color and will disintegrate over the next 1-2 months. Their service is backed by a 1 year guarantee.

Ty, our Service Man, was proactive in letting us, and the tenants, know when he was to arrive and when he had finished. He was respectful of property. Great communications. Great service. Would highly support this business in the future.

Highly recommend Johnny Tsunami Cleaning for any roof, gutter, siding and window cleaning projects. Both Mgr. Bobby Goldsmith and Tech. Mike Crawford are exceptional professionals. Knowledgable, Courteous, and friendly. And Mike's attention-to-detail and superlative work ethic was truly impressive.

Technician was late beyond two hour window. Customer had to hold ladder to complete service because no technician to assist and equipment didn’t support cleaning windows effectively. One window was scratched which happened during service.

The estimator Bill and t installer John are highly trained and skilled. Our job looks so professional because every detail of the application of the holiday lights is meticulous. I was consulted several times during this process to compare ideas and to be clear about our expectations. The finished job is gorgeous. Don’t go up that ladder one more year. These guys know what they’re doing!

JP did a great job. He was very clear about pricing and the job was done for the price quoted gutters are spotless. What is left of the moss is dead and should slough off. Don't want to be too agressive with brushing or might damage the roof. My bad for letting things get a bit out of hand. Definitely the tidiest roof cleaning I've had performed.

Hired them for window cleaning for my three-story townhouse and totally disappointed. When I enquired for the booking, I specifically asked if they had a ladder high enough to reach my windows, they said yes. But when they turned out for the work, they just used a long and unsteady hose and simple brush to barely spray and clean my 2nd and 3rd floor windows from the ground. The result is that it left all the upper edges of the exterior of my window stained and uncleaned, for which they blamed my window and hard water blah blah blah. All the contractors I hired before climbed up and wiped the windows and had no such problem. What is more funny is that when they had to reach a second floor window to remove the cobwebs, they can wipe out all the stains just fine as it should be. If I knew this was the service they were going to provide, I would have never ever hired them. If they had either no capability or willingness to clean three-floor townhouse, they should have just let me know. It is totally a waste of my time, then my money. They quoted me almost the same price with which I could hire a guy to climb up and clean it properly. Two guys came the whole afternoon and left the job half-finished. Besides, they seemed inexperience and not detailed-oriented, leaving several stains and fingerprints on the inside of the windows too.

Prompt response to inquiry. Wanted window washing, but Bobby Goldsmith suggested and recommended soft washing to greatly help wood siding appearance. Peter Quichocho was a conscientious worker who did a thorough job and was responsive to my questions and requests. Unfortunately, the soft washing removed the various areas of house paint stain. I have to retouch the bare exposed wood siding.

Would not recommend using Johnny Tsunami.

I was given an 8–10am arrival window and took the morning off of work to be available and greet the technician. The crew didn’t arrive until 12:30pm, with no call or notice.

I was told the work would take 4–6 hours; they were done in 2.The skylights and windows were left dirty, despite being told they’d receive extra attention. Upon departure, crew left our gates wide open (we have a dog, so this is problematic) and outdoor furniture that was moved was not put back. From my upstairs window, I can still see debris in the front porch gutter—looks like it was missed entirely.

Most Concerning: the siding on the front of our house is now visibly two different colors. The solution was sprayed upward instead of down from a ladder, stripping the finish.
When I brought this up, the service person told me the house was "just old and dirty." I found that extremely dismissive and offensive—our home is only 20 years old and well cared for.

The Johnny Tsunami crew left our home in worse condition than they found it. I’m deeply disappointed by both the lack of communication and the quality of the work.

The only reason I gave them two stars instead of one was because they were apologetic, offered to come fix it, and gave us a small discount. Despite trying to making it right (which i appreciate), it was a terrible experience and I will not be using them again or recommending them to anyone.

Alex Schmidt, came to our home was very informative, answered all of our questions. Extremely professional young man would recommend him to any. Homeowner needs their house clean professionally our roofs gutters. Everything was perfect. This company is so lucky to have him. He sold us up on ideas of things that we needed done that we didn’t realize.

Garvin arrived on time and did a great job on our roof. He let me know what he was doing and cleaned up very well. I appreciate him being considerate of my requests . A+

Lane was a fantastic technician. He introduced himself and went through everything that was to be done. He communicated throughout the job when finding unexpected things. He took great photos & shared with me for our inspector.

My first time using Johnny Tsunami and I was impressed. I wish I had started using them years ago when we first moved to WA. Good old fashioned customer service is some of the best I have received in years. It is clear the owner invests time and resources into his people. The communication couldn't have been better. We had techs Michael Crawford and Ryan perform a number of task to include roof blow off, composition roof cleaning with their soft wash system, application of a moss cleaning solution, and cleaning of gutter faces. Michael is superb in leading the work and showing me pictures of the befor and after of their efforts. Everyone was SO polite and agreeable. You can't go wrong giving them a try. They are going to be our yearly roof cleaning service going forward. Just an awesome company doing exceptional work.

Great job. Roof cleaning was done in detail and efficiently. Moss turned white in just a couple of days and my asphalt shingles look clean without losing the surface coatings thanks to low pressure wash with chemical treatment. Look forward to seeing how well the treatment holds up through winter.

It was a cold, dark, and rainy day in Seattle when Michael pulled up and left my house looking better than it has in a while- clean and shiny. All of my interactions and communications with the company have been outstanding. The pricing was clear, the online portal easy to use, and the results were more than what I hoped for.

Camren was punctual, professional and personable. I had every assurance that his work was stellar. However, after promptly paying my bill the day of service, I took a closer look.
My North facing roof had not been treated. I had to go onto my neighbors property to gain this perspective. I took a photo of both sides of my roof in which it was obvious there was a lack of powder application on the North side.
I sent the photos to Tsunami and expressed my concerns about the uneven roof treatment. Their "Resolution Specialist " responded by email and said she would contact her manager. I have yet to hear from anyone and it's been a week.
From my experience, I would never recommend doing business with Johnny Tsunami. They are expensive for substandard work.

Dylan and Dalton did a super thorough job cleaning my roof, gutters, windows, and decks. They arrived on time, worked quickly, and took me through a final walkthrough to make sure everything met expectations. Great work!
