Reviews of local pros in Silverdale, Washington

I’ve used Johnny Tsunami for Christmas lights for the past three years, and they have been great to work with. It’s easy to get a an estimate and schedule an appt. Very friendly staff and the install goes up quickly. I also love that they take down the lights and store them for you. Absolutely easy, no hassle.

Just WOW! What a great team! We got our home serviced the day after being given the quote. Extremely impressed with timing and professionalism. Had 2 very kind young men come out to do a roof cleaning/moss removal, siding wash, gutter wash and window cleaning. Feels like my 20 year old home is brand new 🤩. Thanks Johnny Tsunami for your awesome crew. I can tell everyone enjoys working there. 💯 for customer service and satisfaction!

Michael did a wonderful job getting our gutters cleaned. We have a tree that drops a lot of leaves on our house and he took the time to make sure the roof was cleaned before clearing the gutters. He was nice and thorough! I would definitely recommend!

I had them clean several roofs at two properties but they didn't do as good a job as I thought they could have done, especially for the prices they charge. They left a LOT of moss, alive and dead, clinging to the roofs. I now have to hire another company to finish the job.

One thing good I can say is that they are fairly responsive with coming out to give estimates. It's why they got three stars instead of one.

The pictures are of AFTER the service was completed. This isn't even close to "clean".

We hired Johnny Tsunami to install our Holiday lights. I'm so glad we did, they look great! JP arrived on time, and worked until well after dark to finish the large job. He was a delight to have, did his job with care and efficiency, and as a bonus he is a really nice person. We are very pleased to have had him as our installer and will use him again!

Johnny Tsunami Exterior Cleaning Services absolutely blew us away! JP came out today to clean our home, and he delivered far beyond anything we expected. Our house is three stories with no walk-around access, and it’s a notoriously difficult job. JP not only managed to clean every side of the house, but he did it flawlessly. The results are incredible. His attention to detail, professionalism, and work ethic are truly unmatched. If we could give him ten stars, we would. Highly recommend JP and the entire Johnny Tsunami team!

Bobby Alex and staff are amazing! Helped my Seller get her home in order with cleaning the roofs (nasty!) and then 190’Masonic Hall Rd getting ready to rent my 900 sf 1 bed/1 bath apartment and want the outside nice for them all! Thank you and a job very well done.

The gentleman named Jack. Did an amazing job for us. Our roof looks new again. All the peaks in the roofs had moss control on them and all the leaves and branches were cleaned off and taken away. Very pleased with this young man’s service. Thank you Jack!

Good work, Dylan! Dylan's work definitely shows. Both the house & shed roofs are so clean now. The house's 30 year roof is 20 years old. As I looked today, it looks like a new roof! And he cleaned ALL the windows. It's so nice to look outside through them.

JP was able to take a look at a couple of clogged downspouts on the same day I called to schedule an appointment. Not only that, but he took the time to clear them out while he was here, explain what caused the issues, and make recommendations for downspout & gutter upkeep and roof maintenance. Outstanding service and highly recommend!

Johnny Tsunami has serviced the roof and siding of my house for years. If they weren't an exceptional business I wouldn't use them again nor write this review. JP listened carefully to what I wanted and then assessed what the house did/didn't need. Within a week Alex spent 4+ hours meticulously blowing, scraping, and soft washing the roof. He did this in very cold lightly raining weather! The roof looks great and its life has been extended.

We had this company come out to provide a quote for roof cleaning and moss removal as part of preparing our home for sale. During the estimate, the technician offered a small discount if we booked that day, noting they had two workers available the following day.

After considering it, I called back and scheduled the service. Our appointment was set for the next day between 1–3 PM. No one showed up. I called at 3:20 PM and was told they needed to reschedule because earlier jobs ran too long.

They rebooked us for Monday, but this last-minute cancellation caused us to reschedule window cleaning, exterior pressure washing, and a home inspection, each with associated costs. I asked if any adjustment could be made given the inconvenience, and none was offered.

Based on the lack of communication, poor scheduling reliability, and pricing (we chose them only because we needed the work done quickly), I would not recommend this company. Plus they didn't get all the pine needles off the roof when they did clean it.

Update: After my initial review, the owner reached out, took responsibility, and worked to make things right. They sent a crew back out to re-clean the roof, and it looks significantly better. They also went above and beyond by washing some of our windows—something we had to handle ourselves after canceling another company due to the original scheduling issue. In addition, they provided a partial refund.

Angelo, who they sent out for the rework, was outstanding—professional, thorough, and clearly took pride in his work.

While the initial scheduling and communication issues were frustrating, I appreciate the accountability and follow-through. I’m happy with how this was ultimately resolved.

Hellman Jimenez did a fantastic job cleaning our metal roof with several skylights it had quite a buildup of weather related debris. He also pressure washed three decks and a concrete patio. He was a very hard worker and did a thorough cleaning job. We were impressed that he alone was able to complete this project in one day’s time. He was a great representative of the Johnny Tsumani Exterior Cleaning Company. Thank you Hellman!

Michael was great. Very infomative, worked hard and safely. He also gave helpful suggestions for future house maitenance. The clean up was perfect and now will see how well it lasts with proper maintence that I signed up for before roof needs another soft wash for moss. Price was much higher than I expected compared to previous soft washings but did not price it this year to know the impact of inflation.

Roof came out ok however I wish they would have cleaned up the debris from roof cleaning. I had to go out and hose off and pick up pieces of moss. Also the windows didn’t look good at all, streaky and spotted. Disappointed for the price!
Update: they came back and picked up debris and rewashed windows! Looks great now! Thanks so much

My roof had a lot of moss and my gutters were clogged. I called Johnny Tsunami and after accepting their estimate the came out the next day. Alex S., the tech who came out was GREAT. He was so nice, professional and knowledgeable. He was also very thorough and spent several hours on my roof. He share the before and after pictures of my roof and I was very happy with the results. My only negative complaint is the cost, because it went up more than expected in the 3 years when I had the same thing done. However, it's worth it because the cost is still cheaper that having to replace the roof if I didn't get the treament done. Over all they did a good job and I would use them and recommend them to others.

Excellent roof cleaning of two church buildings, both fairly steeply pitched, as well as exterior brick walls and tower, courtyard, and sidewalk surfaces, and partial parking lot. Great onsite communication with Mike and Shawn, and others, all hard workers.

I use Cornerstone for window cleaning, they are fantastic, Ryan and Carlos went over and beyond to make my clients home look its best! When you call ask for Brian, in office, he is always super helpful, even fit me in last minute! Thank you, thank you!!

Professional service and good value. We have been happy with Cornerstone every year!

I had Cornerstone (formerly Kitsap Moss) clean my metal roof and they did a solid job. Everything was pretty filthy/grimy from a few years of build up, but it looks great now. The crew was very friendly and knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done. They had a great attitude and took the time to explain some of the work issues to me in a way that helped me understand and learn more about my roof, etc. All contacts with the office were also professional and helpful, with questions and issues being resolved very quickly. I recommend them without hesitation.

I've used Cornerstone for window cleaning as well as gutters. I have always found them to do good work and priced fairly. My only complaint is it takes longer than I like to get a time frame for the crew's arrival.
