My experience with Dickson electric was great. the office staff was friendly and knowledgeable understanding my needs and being able to get me on the schedule. The technician was on time, very efficient and kept things clean and tidy as he worked which made the whole process less stressful than I expected. Dickson is honest and affordable and I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anybody looking for an electrician.

Dickson installed a new subpanel in a detached garage and EV charging circuit. I received 4 estimates, and chose Dickson, because the owner (Kurt Dickson) was knowledgeable and responsive, and they were reasonably priced. In fact, some of the other companies did not seem familiar with the code for a detached garage. In any case, Ryan B and Gage, the electricians who did the work, did a great job--they were on time, efficient, good communicators, and clearly knew what they were doing.

We had our meter and the mast ripped off our house by a tree and Dickson Electric took very good care of us right away. Owen and Gage did a great job with very clean and tidy work.

With high recommendations from two family members who had used them, we reached out to Dickson Electric for a quote. Our project was a master suite addition and bathroom remodel. We had Vadim and Phillip as our technicians who did an awesome job. They were organized and efficient and communicated well with us during the 6 day project. It was great having them in our home. Connecting all the new addition construction to the existing house was not an easy task.
When the LNI inspectors came, they both commented on their fine workmanship.
I've already passed Dickson's business cards and information on to several friends and family. If we are ever in need of an electrician in the future, we would call them without hesitation.

This has got to be the best service I’ve ever received for residential contracting of any kind! Deven and Wyatt showed up right on time with smiles on their faces and knocked out my backup generator install in under a day. So professional and positive is was a great pleasure to have them on the job. In addition, the price was a great value so thank you Dickson Electric!

We had a plastic electrical box crack and needed wiring help when remodeling a bathroom which was water damaged. Ryan and Cody were great because we had a no shoes policy after we refinished our hardwood floors. Man, that was an expensive lesson. They were communicative with our needs and concerns. They had extra time to do extra work and get opinions with potential future projects. We have never used Dickson Electric before but we are glad we did. We want to recognize Ryan and Cody. We had Ryan and Gauge out to replace some light switches and add timers for bathroom ventilation. They did a great job. They were helpful, informative, neat and got the job done quickly. This is the second time we used Dickson Electric.

In December of 2021 Dickson Electric installed an exhaust fan in my pole barn. From start to finish they did excellent work. Receiving an estimate and scheduling the work was easy and quick, and the quote was very fair. Jonah and Ryan arrived on time, were professional, and made sure that all of my preferences were met. They cleaned up very well after the installation. The fan is exactly what I wanted, and is working perfectly almost a year later. I will definitely be using this company again.

Alex and his assistants were knowledgeable, hard-working, and respectful of us and our property. If we ever need any kind of electrical work again I will not hesitate to contact Kurt!

I want to give a big thanks to Dickson Electric. We had a bunch of little electrical issues at our home that we've been putting off for years. We're planning to get an EV and knew that our panel would have to be upgraded, so Dickson came in to give us a bid (George was great!) on everything. We used them 2 years ago for a job at a rental house and the tenant said they did a great job and were easy to work with, so we decided they should get the job. A shout out to Richard who headed up the crew, along with Wyatt and Juan. All 3 were prompt all week that it took to get the jobs done. They were very friendly, competent, and explained everything that they were doing as they went along. I highly recommend this company.

Great company from start to finish. This work was in 2023, I had purchased a home built in 1901 and still had Knob and tube wiring in it. the crew was awesome! Super friendly electricians came out and knocked it out. They very super friendly and answered every question i had.

Few days ago, i called them out for a service call to my business. I lost power to my equipment and they were able to figure out the issue, order the bad specialty breaker, and got me up and running without losing much revenue.

Very reasonably priced for the work! blew many other bids out of the water. the quote was straight forward and was broken down to be easy to read, and simple to understand. The service call rate was really reasonable and cost effective.

We had a great experience with this company from the bid/estimate to interacting with customer service to installation. A+++.

From start to finish this was a top-notch outfit. Over the holiday weekend we experienced some troubles with our power. I reached out to multiple companies. Dickson Electric was the first to get back to me, and they were able to schedule me in the very next day! Communication and information was superb throughout the process. Technician gave me a 30 minute heads-up that he was on the way. Upon arrival, Ryan and Ben did an outstanding job in quickly identifying and correcting the problem. They were professional and courteous, and were able to walk me through what had happened and how to prevent in the future. I loved the attention to detail and overall excellent service from this local company. Thank you!

We absolutely loved our experience with Dickson electric! We had never hired a vendor/contractor for our house so we weren't sure what to expect but were pleasantly surprised with our experience. Everyone at Dickson from the office staff to the electricians and apprentices have been polite, respectful and knowledgeable. I especially appreciated that they took the time to explain things to me in layman terms since I'm not familiar with electrical services. The electricians were mindful of our home and animals, they showed up early and completed our projects with ease and professionalism. Invoices were clear and quick, payment portal was user friendly. We will definitely use their services in our future homes as well!

We recently had Dickson Electric provide a quote for installing a circuit to our new shed, which required trenching to bury the conduit. The quote process was quick and straightforward, which initially left us feeling confident in the referral.

However, the service that followed was a nightmare. During the installation, the two employees from Dickson Electric broke our sewer line. Unfortunately, they failed to notify us of the damage, continuing their work as if nothing happened. It wasn’t until they left for the day that we noticed water pooling in the trench and realized something was wrong.

When we reached out to them to address the issue, they responded dismissively, making it seem as though we were the ones inconveniencing them—even though they were responsible for the damage. To make matters worse, they attempted to pass the cost of the repair onto us.

Thankfully, our contractor, who was handling another part of the project, agreed to cover a charge that Dickson tried to pass on to us. However, after further discussion with Dickson Electric, they eventually agreed to take responsibility for their mistake. While this was the right thing to do, it should never have required us to push back in the first place. Also, the only reason why they decided to cover it was so that the burden didn’t fall on our contractor.

If you truly value your customers, you should own up to mistakes without hesitation, instead of asking them to bear the burden of your mistakes. Also, I’d hope that employees feel empowered enough to own their mistakes and speak up when they know something is wrong. I worry that if we didn’t catch this, they would have continued working as if it didn’t happen.

We had service on an oven and we were very please, Ryan found the problem and fixed it. Explained what he was doing and that was important to us. He took time with Brian the apprentice to show the correct way to fix things. Thank you Dickson.

A huge shout out to Dickson Electric who knocked it out of the park installing our new lighting. They were clean, on time, quick, and friendly we could not be happier! They were even sweet to my very loud children.

Hello, I own a older house. So accurate, polite and professional service is key. Both Brandon and Ben did a dedicated wire for my dehumidifier in my cleaned and updated crawl space. They did a wonderful job ! This company stands by the work they fo. Everyone is easy to get ahold of and does what they say is going to be done. The cost is very reasonable. So for you out there who need quality care for you're home, these folks are perfect!

These guys do a superb job. Totally brought a 100 year old farm house up to code in only 2 days. Anybody should have no issues with them or doubt their quality of work.

I had a GFCI outlet and pull chain light installed in my recently encapsulated crawl space. I wanted to give a shout out to Phillip and Evan for installing these. These guys were super nice, friendly and respectful of my home. The installation was thorough and thoughtfully placed with quality and care throughout the work. I appreciated having these guys on the job and highly recommend them and Dickson Electric.

I can't recommend Dickson Electric enough! I work have worked with Deven on many residential projects and will continue to do so. Their management team is always responsive, thorough and schedule aware and their field team are knowledgeable, neat and organized people.
