My experience with Dickson Electric has been incredibly positive. The office staff and manager are delightful to work with, they have gotten me scheduled promptly even as a new customer, they are unfailingly professional and equally courteous and pleasant! The electricians who come on sight are the same way...special shout out to Ryan! I can't thank this entire company enough for being so wonderful. It is a rare experience in an increasingly technologize world with robotic voices!!! A true joy!

my home was build in 1901 and I had a mix of knob and tube with some upgraded electric. Owen and Ray worked diligently to upgrade all my wiring and did an outstanding job. I expected to have wall repairs and lots of dust to clean up. They did not leave a mess and cleaned up as they worked. I feel so much safer in my home with updated wiring. Thank you!!!

We chose Dickson Electric based on consumer reviews and communication. Our experience with them was great and did not disappoint! Price is competitive but the customer service and communication was outstanding and couldn't be beat in our experience! We appreciated that they facilitated everything with PUD (other quotes we had received with a different company didn't even offer when we asked for the help). They were fast at getting the permits, inspections, and doing the work. Cassie was my main contact in the office and always got answers to my questions, Phillip and Evan did the initial work, then Owen and Gage finished up.. all professional and great team work! We are very happy with the service and we would highly recommend!

We have used Dickson several times and they are the absolute BEST. They are quick to respond, very skilled and professional, and everyone in the company with whom we have dealt has been personable and pleasant. They are, in fact, what I have begun to consider an “old-fashioned” company. By that I mean, they care about their customers, they care about quality work, they care about doing the right thing — all of which has become so uncommon recently. We will always hire them. The entire staff that we dealt with were exceedingly professional and even bumped us up in the scheduling when a cancelation occurred. The electricians that arrived, Ryan and Gabe were on time, very efficient and pleasant to work with, and solved the issues is just over an hour and fully explained what the problem had been. The charge for services rendered was very reasonable. We will call them again should we have any electrical problems and give the entire operation an exceptional rating.

.The job they was a bit quirky, replacing an old DIY Electrical system in a utility room.done by the original homeowner 20 plus years ago. The room is now safe. And they cleaned.up nicely.

I have been a contractor for over 30 years. This company is by far the best electrical contractor I have ever worked with. They are knowledgeable ,on time , And courteous to the homeowners . And as a bonus they leave the job site completely clean, which is unheard of for most electrical Contractors. So again this is the only electrical Contractor, I use

First time I have used Dickson Electric now they will be my go to Electric company. They did everything I asked staying on top of when they would arrive and appointment reminders. The Electrician fixed all my issues in a timely manner and was very pleasant. Highly recommend them!

I've had good experience with Dickson electric for the 3 or 4 electric projects I've had them do. In the most recently one they fixed a couple light switches for me that were wired up sloppily by a different contractor. A few years ago they fixed some ceiling lights that were not working for a reason I no longer remember. And I definitely have used them a 3rd time, though it was several years ago and I no longer exactly what was broken.

With them, I have an electrician I feel good about calling when there is a problem, and I have a separate roofer and window contractors I've been happy with. I just wish I had a plumber that is as good/reliable at plumbing as Dickson is for electrical
