Larry is very knowledgable regarding plants and his team were quite professional making a mess and efficiently cleaning it up afterwards creating an efficient easy to understand system to water my various types of plants and spaces. Pacific Landscaping has consistently provided excellent customer service, from the installation of my irrigation system through the annual maintenance and required inspections.

Had someone from maintenance come out to tour our community and provide a quote. He did not show the enthusiasm for taking new business but rather called off the tour midway stating they have high standards of maintenance. Not sure if that means they maintain lawns that dont need much work or are not willing to work hard. Overall the experience gives an impression they are not very customer centric and dont welcome taking new business.

I contacted Pacific Landscaping to install a paver patio. The manager, Ryan came to view the site, he offered suggestions and listened closely to my ideas. He provided a catalog for paver colors, shapes, and designs. He is kind and a good listener. The first day the crew came, Ryan arrived to review and direct the plan. The crew worked as a team and were very detail. They were polite and answered any questions. They were friendly and grateful for the water and cooling treats I provided; while they were here the weather was hot and they always appreciated and thanked me. The heavy equipment was moved from their truck to the backyard and they placed lumber down on the yard to prevent any damage to the lawn. Each day they cleaned up areas and raked the grass for any rocks or miscellaneous items. I am very pleased with my patio and excited for spring and a patio party. I have not watched the installation of a paver patio; it takes more work and time than I imagined. I would highly recommend Pacific Landscaping, Inc. for patios. They work on several different projects besides patios.

We have used Pacific Landscaping for years. They installed our sprinkler system over 20 years ago and it is still running great. This time we had a break in the line. They fixed it and checked the rest of the sprinkler system making some changes and adjustments. He was right on time, very professional and completed the job very efficiently

Always flawless execution of my backflow testing for my sprinkler system. Another time I left my sprinkler on, and they came out and looked at the issue free of charge. I was concerned about water damage in my basement. Larry gave me some advice and didn't charge me a dime. Great customer service. I always rely on Pacific Landscaping for this service, as did the previous owners of my home. Thanks, Larry!

I contacted this company about having a large tree put in. They found a specimen in California for $1,800, plus $1,700 for shipping. They offered to install it for another $1,500. $5,000 total.

I was able to find the same tree for $600, (plus $850 shipping) and asked if that might be a better option for this job.

They never responded.

Maybe they're just busy, and maybe they were being dishonest. I don't know.

I would make sure you get multiple quotes before using this company.

I have hired Larry to come out and inspect the backkflow on my water irrigation system for several years now. It's an annual requirement from my water utilities company. Cindy with scheduling and Larry are both excellent!

Pacific Landscaping, Inc, installed our sprinkler system approximately 4 years ago. Every year they conduct our annual Backflow Prevention Assembly tests required by our water district. They also handle winterizing our sprinkler system. We have always found them to be very responsive, very helpful, professional and friendly.

Massively responsive service provider. They installed my sprinkler system almost 10 years ago - it still runs perfectly. When we've had issues they solve quickly at fair prices. My favorite service is the winterization. The piece of mind my sprinkler system won't freeze is well worth the price paid!
