I have owed Nick a review for too long for the beautiful custom backyard he built for us in the summer of 2022, so here it is.

Previously we were not using our backyard too often - we had huge leyland cypresses along our fenceline that absolutely choked any sunlight out of the backyard. We had moss everywhere, grass that struggled to grow in the shade and grew patchy, and some large magnolia trees that would constantly get damaged by the winter snows.

We love being outdoors and spending time in our backyard, but wanted to upgrade the space. We worked with Nick to create a custom plan and redesign our backyard from the ground up, including a covered patio area with BBQ grill and flat top, mini fridge, and a beautiful stone fireplace. Nick's team wrapped the columns of the patio cover with stone, and laid it all out on a bluestone paved patio. He was also able to accommodate a hot tub, and finished it all off with lovely landscaping and plants. We even added a shed and wired it up as an extra entertainment room.

Throughout the whole process Nick was patient and accommodating, and was flexible as we encountered problems or changes that needed to be made. Nick's guys were on time and professional, and basically spent months with them as they did their work! Would highly recommend Mill Creek Landscapes for your backyard project, big or small.

Nick and his crew did an amazing job on our new construction house. The area around the house was pretty beat up from all the construction but they did an amazing job bringing back to life. More than just adding some plantings, they created a warm natural flow between the house and the surrounding forest. The crew was very professional, always cleaned up after themselves, and went the extra mile in delivering the final product. I highly recommend them.

Nick and his crew did an amazing, outstanding job with the landscaping, rockery and our entryway! We started with a blank slate because we built a new home. We welcomed Nick's expertise and ideas. We are extremely pleased with the final outcome! Beyond what has been created, Nick his crew are the kind of people we are honored to know; genuine, professional and thoughtful. Nick and every team member did an amazing job from the time we first met at our home until we shook hands standing in our amazing new back yard. Absolutely blew us away with the quality and craftsmanship. Nick has a keen eye for what looks right relative to your house and yard. Consistently his crew early every morning ready to roll on time. Even brought in seed and topsoil repair couple small spots on lawn post installation. Little things and detail matter. We have future projects pending and it's a no brainer who's going to be expanding our hardscapes.
