Lifetime Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electric

We've used Lifetime for a few years now for both our AC unit and our furnace.

We have always received fantastic service between Alex with their Customer Service and their technicians! Alex is always so organized and on top of things keeping us on track with our maintenance schedules and patient answering our questions. On the off chance she doesn't know the answer she always knows just who to ask. Plus, is quick to get back to us! She is so dependable.

Our last couple of appointments have been with (technician) Mike and he is outstanding! Lifetime's techs are always great but Mike is above and beyond even by Lifetime's standards. He went out of his way to fit his work into our life and home when really he could have just done the job he was sent to do. Thank you for tossing my dogs treats over the gate to help train them, moving your work van to let my partner park in the garage, and being understanding while I was in the hot seat for my work from home meeting. I know none of these made your day easier but you took it in stride and it really made our day! AND you were in and out getting your job done so quick, thank you!
