    our ac stopped working during a heat wave! called hugo brothers heating & cooling and they responded right away. their technician, jacob, checked out our system and found it wasn’t very efficient for our home’s size. it was also really old and needed to be replaced. the installers showed up and replaced both the heating and ac unit in just two days. they took care of everything, including all the lines and electrical connections. i’m so glad to have a high-quality and efficient unit now, and it was all set up by real pros. everyone was thoughtful and i felt comfortable the whole time.

Later, when the old furnace broke down again during freezing weather, we contacted Jacob once more to arrange a full repair. Jacob was reliable, cooperative, and caring. He fixed the furnace right away and worked with both our agency and the family to accept separate payments. Even though there was a risk that the family might not be able to pay their share, Jacob went ahead and did the repair. The family was short about $12, but Jacob kindly gave them a discount and covered the rest himself. Jacob always showed a strong desire to help and could have chosen not to participate, but he followed through every time. We are very grateful to have someone so generous, professional, and trustworthy in our community. The family said they were always treated fairly and with respect, and that Jacob set a great example for others in the business. If we have families in the future who need help with their heating systems, we will definitely reach out to this HVAC company first. We are very impressed.

I called Hugo Brothers Heating & Cooling, and Clinton came out soon after I got a text letting me know he was on the way. He quickly found the faulty part and replaced it, so my home was comfortable again. Since my unit was pretty old, I asked for a quote on a new HVAC system. Zachary came by about 15 minutes later, checked everything out, asked me a few questions, and gave me a couple of good options. I decided to get the whole unit replaced in a couple of weeks, just as I requested. Both technicians were friendly and professional, even in the heat. I definitely recommend this company. Update: Benjamin and Clinton arrived early and replaced my old HVAC system. They finished the install in less than 7 hours and explained everything I needed to know. Excellent service!
