our ac stopped working during a heat wave! called hugo brothers heating & cooling and they responded right away. their technician, jacob, checked out our system and found it wasn’t very efficient for our home’s size. it was also really old and needed to be replaced. the installers showed up and replaced both the heating and ac unit in just two days. they took care of everything, including all the lines and electrical connections. i’m so glad to have a high-quality and efficient unit now, and it was all set up by real pros. everyone was thoughtful and i felt comfortable the whole time.

The family was short about $12, but Jacob kindly gave them a discount and covered the rest himself. Jacob always showed a strong desire to help and could have chosen not to participate, but he followed through every time. We are very grateful to have someone so generous, professional, and trustworthy in our community. The family said they were always treated fairly and with respect, and that Jacob set a great example for others in the business. If we have families in the future who need help with their heating systems, we will definitely reach out to this HVAC company first. We are very impressed.
