Constraction reviews in Spanaway, Washington

They elevated an existing deck to a superb quality! Anthony has an impressive amount of knowledge about design, architecture, and engineering, that it instills a trust that the end result will be strong and lasting. The lines are perfectly level and so carefully put together that you can tell how much they thought about the quality. He was very forthright with pricing and kept me up-to-date with everything. I really appreciated his attention to detail.

For what we got, at the quality that we desired, the price was right. I know that this deck will last longer than we live in the house, which is savings in my book. I'll definitely use him for more projects and I recommend his company for decks and other projects.

Very efficient and professional.

Sunnyside treats me good and does a good job. Very affordable price. From Phaly.

David and his crew were great and do great work!

I called and was told someone would be out the same day in the afternoon. The day went by and no one showed up nor did the office call to let me know. I called the next day and was told someone would come and the same exact situation... no call no show no response at all 👎🏽

Everything was perfect. They were on time everyday no hidden costs the house siding and paint looks amazing. They really went above and beyond for us.

I highly recommend Sunnyside contruction!! David and his team is very good at what they do. I would give them 10 stars if I have the option to do so. They are Professionals!!!

Great experiences, I've worked with Sunnyside for three remodel projects and it's been a pleasure to work with Dave. I highly, highly recommend.

David listened to all my concerns for my kitchen remodel. He did a great job, I was very pleased with how my kitchen looked. Very reasonable prices too. Would definitely recommend!

We hired this company to remodel our two bathrooms and we are very satisfied with the results. They did excellent work in our bathrooms, from the floor tiles to the fixtures. They were very professional, punctual, and courteous. They cleaned up after themselves and respected our home. They also communicated well with us throughout the project and answered all our questions. We would definitely recommend them for any project that requires quality and craftsmanship.

David and his team did an excellent job with doing a bunch of odd jobs needed to get ready for going on the market!

David and his team have done 3 projects for us so far in our 1925 house. Every single one has been a great experience. They’re reasonably priced, very reliable and will work around your requirements. 5 stars for sure.

We have had them remodel our bathroom, rec room, and laundry room. David and his team are very professional, always on time, we were very happy with all the work done. Thanks for all the hard work.

David and his crew above and beyond and were very professional in every step of the adding an additional bathroom. Prices he quoted was well below any other quote I received by thousands, and thier was no hidden fees! Will be having him back to remodel my kitchen, would highly recommend him if considering any remodel.

David and crew were phenomenal.

David was quick to give us a fair quote, and he stuck to it. Even after adding several "small" items.

His team was quick to get onsite. Kept our house as clean as possible during construction, and kept us in the loop of all issues that arose once they got inside.

We couldn't be happier with the results.

Great guys. Will happily hire again.

Sunnyside construction completely renovated my backyard. Quickly moving through the demolition phase of removing my old deck, unwanted shrubs, an old shed, etc.
They (within the span of a month) replaced all of that with a massive stamped concrete patio, brand new storage shed with lights and electrical outlets and a grand covered area with lighting, hot & cold water sink and more electrical outlets.
I am very proud of my backyard now and love hosting parties where I can cook and barbeque out of the rain!
I would HIGHLY recommend Sunnyside construction!!!

These guys are great.

Excellent work. Friendly. Reasonable.

Prompt, answers questions, completed work timely and cleaned work area.

Dan and crew handled all the communication, permits and did the repairs quickly and well!

The pipe guys did a terrific job.We were so happy with the quality of work and the price.
