Excellent service in replacing our furnace. Good communication with both the Head Office for booking, etc and with the team keeping me up to date as to progress.

The technician Sam was very helpful. He showed us how to read a class since our system is over 20 years old and isn’t an lcd display. Looked at the mother board and seen some burn marks and said that needs to be replaced. He is very thorough and helpful.

The technician was wonderful and knowledgeable and friendly and did a great job. Very happy with the work thank you very much.

We had an issue with our furnace and made appointment with Mountain Heating & Cooling.
Technician Joshua arrived on time, identified the cause of issue and fixed it. He was knowledgeable and professional.

My heat wasn’t turning on and with the cold snap this week needed a quick service to stay warm at night. Mountain scheduled my appointment within 48 hours and the technician Sam was great, communicated his findings and suggestions, figured out the issue and replaced the part. Now my furnace will be ready for winter!

My service tech was amazing! I recently purchased my home and thought I had an HVAC system, which I do not. The service tech was so nice in explaining to me which type of heating system I have and how to properly maintenance it. I would use their service again! :)

A valve in our furnace failed after a power outage. Mountain Heating and Cooling was able to order and install the part within 2 business days. And, installed it on Christmas Eve. We were very appreciative of the speedy service. We now have HEAT for Christmas!!

The service was fast and professional. Our repair person took the time to explain what failed on our heater and the repairs that were made. Excellent customer service.

Had a noise that keeps being heard at night , we have had multiple agencies out to look at it, city, Pse and gas company. He verified our electrical is good to go. Finally a result was found and it was the neighbor house. Thank you Mountain Heating and cooling!

Mountain Heating & Cooling were out for a HVAC tune-up. Tyler the tech was fast and efficient! He showed me the important info about my furnace. Very personable and professional. (I ran this through my First American Home Warranty so the cost was VERY reasonable, no idea what the actual cost is).

Mountain Heating & Cooling came to my house via AHW to repair a blown wall plug. The worker was very courteous and knowledgeable. He found and fixed the problem right away. The AHS deductible of $125 paid for the service totally.

Service was assigned by AHS. Mountain made it easy to set the appointment. The service tech arrived within the specified time period. The tech was friendly, courteous and respectful. He performed the service timely and efficiently. He gave a detailed verbal report with what he did and the results. Thank you.

Devin was excellent - he did a very thorough electrical problem investigation & quick fix. Really appreciated that he took the time to explain everything clearly and discussed my options. Wasn't pushy.

Sam was very good at walking me through the diagnostic process as to why our heat pump may not be defrosting during cold temps. I felt he put in the effort to try to determine what the issues actually are. Parts being ordered. He said he believes the new parts will resolve the issue and will check to verify once installed. Definitely would like Sam to install them.

They showed up in the time window they said they would. They were knowledgeable about my Navien water heater and fast. They also have text reminder for your appointment. Would use again.

Came out for a furnace inspection and educated me on basic maintenance that I can do. Also was able to quiet down some sound and increase air flow. Great guy, very professional. Will definitely use again.

Sam (the technician) is truly great to work with. No nonsense yet very professional. He diagnosed the problem immediately and began the process to repair our unit. I trust his expertise implicitly!
And the office staff is also extremely helpful and courteous. I recommend them highly.

My wall unit heating and air conditioning was plugged up so when I had the air conditioner on, it would not drain. Called the office and spoke to a gal who was absolutely wonderful. I don’t remember her name even though I asked for it twice lol anyways a tech came out named Josh. He was awesome. What a great guy. He is a very Good representative for your company, very friendly and figured the problem out and took care of it. I would definitely recommend this company to anybody and it is a small business and I’m all for that.

Annual gas furnace tuneup: 3rd year in a row I’ve used Mountain. Service guys are always excellent. The scheduling and automated notification is likewise excellent. Highly recommended..

This is my third experience with Mountain Heating and Cooling. The previous two encounters was an electric furnace install and heat-pump install. Both times the company was extremely professional and provided excellent service. This time was for a routine annual service interval. Sam was very thorough and knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for heating/cooling needs. Thanks again for the installs and service.

Excellent Service! Just came out to tell me what was wrong with my furnace. Fourth person ! They all told me different things. Insurance will possibly cover it. Heard a lot of things I’ve never known and this is my fourth house I’ve owned. Nice sales man
