After the amazing job Joe and Paul did upgrading our ancient fuse box, we had them come back when wr developed a short in our bathroom light/fan fixture. As before, they were friendly, professional, and efficient. We had them put in some dimmer switches while they were at it. I really don't think you can get better service for such a decent price anywhere. Thank you, Evergreen.

Great job! Would recommend! Jacob was scheduled a week ago, I rec'd a notification call he was on his way as planned for 9am. Jacob arrived on time, pleasant & professional. He listened to my humble assessment; explained basically what happened & quickly went to work. Replaced w a new fixture in no time, cleaned up and went onto next job👍Appears to be a good company ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

These guys are Amazing. They came out because there was an issue with a plug they installed. We needed it fixed right away as we had a contractor coming. They made time for us and came right out. When they arrived they found that it was an entirely different issue and fixed it for us at a great price. Thanks Evergreen Electric. You are a life saver.

Quick to come out, which was great. Told they’d honor another companies price. Sometime through the service, said they had to go to Home Depot for a part(s). End up getting charged another $500+. Would have been fine if they told us they were going to charge more before they went to get parts and made sure we were okay with continuing with their services.
Tell them we were blindsided by this extra charge and they tried to say we gave the okay when we Never Did. They also drilled a hole in the wrong part of the hot tub panel and try to put it back upside down 🤦‍♀️ which tore part of the hot tub. Came back and fixed it which is good but they don’t get brownie points for fixing their mistake! Shocked they didn’t try to charge us for that.
Would not recommend.

Ryan was great at explaining everything to me as he went along to find the source of the problem. He's very polite and knowledgeable, he explained things in a way I could understand.

Had both Paul and Braedon come out and were on time. I had 2 electrical issues. One was with Ring Doorbell not working due to no power going to it. The other was with an electrical outlet. After looking at each problem I was having, they were very informative on what the issue was and how to fix it. They were very knowledgeable and quick to fix. I would recommend Evergreen Electric for anyone that needs help with fixing anything electrical. I was very pleased.

We had Evergreen come out and give an estimate on some work we needed done. We agreed on the price and signed the contract. After starting the work, they stated they couldn't finish a generator switch unless we upgraded our entire electrical box at a 7500 cost. We decided not to finish the work and not move forward. We agreed to pay what work was done per the contract and get the rest of our deposit back.
On our original signed contract it showed $0 dollars for one line item and then we get charged $200 additional outside the contract. Charging more than what the original contract stated is completely uncalled for and unethical. But the owner refuses to refund the $200 extra he charged outside the contract.
The excuse we were told was for man hours, if man hours aren't included in the original contract, then they should maybe write their estimates differently to show that, because all this is showing is being dishonest and charging more than what was agreed on. They offered to rewrite the contract to show it that way but in all reality, that isn't our fault. We had a signed contract and they went outside of that. They basically expect the customer to pay for their mistake on the original estimate and signed contract.

Also reading a few more reviews, this seems to be the norm for this company, so if you hire them, expect to pay more than the signed contract, even when no extra work was done.

Edit: The fact you bring that up shows where you stand as a employer and a human. We understood when the tech said he needed to leave because he wasn't in the right mind set after receiving the news. He even tried to clean up before leaving and I told him no, he didn't need to, but you seemed to have left that information out. Not wanting to continue with you working on our home has nothing to do with having to stop the job early becuase of your loss. We didn't want to continue because of the 7500 up charge to upgrade the entire electrical box that should have been found in the original estimate when you came out for the bid. I know for a fact multiple times we were sorry for your loss. You show your true colors as a human and business with that. I'm sorry for the family and their loss but maybe you should do some soul searching if you use that in your response when that was never the reason for us not wanting you back. Also, pretty unethical when you know it was never because your tech had to leave the job early.

It's about not following the signed contract, about trying to up sell a customer for something they didn't need. We never mentioned your tech cut the only live wire we had and that was before he recieved the news. It's about you charging more money when as a business you should eat that cost if you made a mistake, which you did when you did the original estimate and the signed contract.

Evergreen was $800 less than the quote we received from others. The job was installed correctly and it aesthetically pretty. My new EV charger works great and the team was in constant contact. I would highly recommend Evergreen Electric.

Last year I had a remodel on my kitchen and Evergreen Electric did the work which included lights and extra outlets. Couple of weeks ago I had a couple of outlets that needed some attention. Evergreen was here quickly took care of the work and explained to me that it was under warranty, so there would be no charge. I am thrilled with that news.Not only were Ryan and Paul extremely helpful, the person in the office was nice to talk with. For any future remodel or updates that I will do to my house I will be calling Evergreen and I will be recommending them to anyone that needs an electrical service. Thank you!
