We love Anthony and Isaac and are so grateful for all their help in restoring our home to safe functioning. Just wonderful guys and great work.

Our work is all finished now and we so appreciate the consistent hard work of Braden and Zach. Thank you for being such a pleasant team to work with.

Anthony is one of the best professional, polite and honest electrician l have had for a long time. He is knowledgeable and explains everything in layman’s terms. I would recommend him highly.

Had excellent customer service from Hyrum today! He was on time, courteous and explained the troubleshooting he was doing to locate the main issues with our garage light and kitchen lights. I would highly recommend High Energy Electric!

I cannot say enough good things about HEE! We had issues with our fire alarm system and they were attentive, kind, quick, and their expertise shines through everything they did. They came out to me the same day I called for a quote and then came the next day to fix what needed to be done! Couldn’t recommend them enough! THANK YOU!

I called to get a bid for installation of a transfer switch. Anthony was the person who showed up. I showed him the transfer switch and he immediately starts scoffing at it and says this thing's not even UL Listed, yet there is a UL Listing sticker right on the product, and he says I have to ask my boss about this and then continues to look at the product a little more and then notices the UL sticker. He says "well even though it says it's UL listed I'm going to have to ask my boss about this". He then removes two screws from the bottom of the transfer switch and holds them in one hand (two more screws would have to be removed in order for the plate to open) and then pulls out his phone and starts browsing that product on Amazon. He then asks me if I bought it on Prime, I assume he was talking about that Prime Day event sale and it felt like he was implying that I bought the transfer switch just on a whim. I told him no, I bought it weeks ago. He browses Amazon and pulls up a breaker produced by a company who has a bad reputation, he points it out to me and says "you see this company? They've burned down a lot of houses". That company had nothing to do with the product that was in front of him, the transfer switch did not have breakers that were made by that company, so I don't know why he wanted to do that besides just to produce fear as a sales tactic. Also what was the purpose of removing the two screws from my transfer switch? I assume it was him testing me to see how much touching of my stuff he could get away with. He was out only for a bid, he hadn't been hired, and yet he's already unscrewing screws from my transfer switch for no reason. So then after browsing Amazon he screws the two screws back into the transfer switch. And says "let's go look at the panel". Now I know I should have stopped him right there but I didn't. We head towards the panel and as we're walking he says  "I can tell you right now that this is going to cost a lot, like A LOT of money." Once again I should have stopped him right there but again regretfully I didn't. At the panel he approaches it and says "Oh I can tell just by looking at this that this is bad". I'm waiting for him to clarify in what way it is bad, he never does. He opens the panel and asks if this house was inspected, I said yes. He asked if the inspector opened the panel. I told him I wasn't sure as I wasn't there for the inspection, however I just had a radon system installed and all of that electrical work passed inspection just fine. He said " Oh no this is all wrong. I don't know how any of this could pass. I can tell you right now that this is bad, what a mess." He then just flips off the AC breaker, which is very visibly labeled, hard shutting off my Central Air AC which had been running at the time. He could have asked that I turn it off prior to shutting it off out of courtesy but that would have been too nice. He then roughly starts turning off and popping out breakers to look at the terminal connections. My wife was upstairs on the computer working and he had no regard for what breakers he was turning off without asking my permission. I was starting to cringe at how rough he was taking out the breakers. You don't have to be gentle but he was obviously being excessive and of course breaks two of the 3 breakers he removed. By now I'm completely cringing and wishing he would just stop and leave. He tells me "I have some breakers outside, I'll replace them before I leave". He then proceeds to tell me that this thing is hot, that he won't even touch this, and that I need a new panel if I want the work done. I now have zero faith in this guy and don't trust him at all. I definitely don't want him putting anything of his in my panel. He doesn't know it

We had a great experience with Dylan and Braeden for our Tesla Charger install. They came and gave a bid, we had 4 companies come out for bids and we chose them because they had a fair price and they were very knowledgeable and professional during our bid (wasn’t the case with all of them). They were able to get the job done quickly and professionally and we are very happy. We have already recommended them to others.

Had a wire slip out of it's wire nut and short-out on a metal box in a bathroom light ... no big deal. But the fuse didn't trip. So I called High Energy to come out and find out why the fuse didn't trip. After 90 minutes of assessment and merely installing another wire nut the Tech. informed me he "didn't know why the fuse didn't trip. AND for that I paid $536! WHAT!!

I specifically hired High Energy to find out why the fuse didn't trip when it should have. They DIDN'T do that ... then charged me $536. TWO words come to mind; RIP-OFF! Hell my son hired an electrician recently in the metropolitan area of Seattle and he was only charged $300 for the same time frame ... and his guy actually FIXED the problem he'd been hired to repair. High Energy did little but "assess", couldn't diagnose the issue, couldn't resolve the issue and yet had the GALL to charge $536.

I have four rental properties in Spokane and you can bet I will NEVER AGAIN employ a company that thinks it's okay to charge $536 to NOT live up to the expectation for which they were hired. If I could give this company a ZERO rating I surely would. To all my fellow homeowners I highly recommend seeking a different company for your electrical needs. My fault for not researching online reviews prior to employing.

I whole heatedly expect a party-line response suggesting time, expertise, liability and apologies; all the BS companies respond with these days as they rip you off. If they really believe 90 minutes of doing NOTHING is worth $536 then they truly DON'T deserve your patronage. We'll see.

I called and spoke to Denice Gutierrez because we thought our smoke detector alarm was going off and my husband had done everything to stop it. Denice was so great at getting us an appointment for the following day. Thank you again!!!!

If I could give no stars I would. This place is a scam. Called them for a simple fix on an outlet in garage that was powering fridge/freezers. Outlet had breaker switch for all outlets in garage. Had worked fine for years with no issues. High Energy Electric came and wanted 1400$ just for the outlet replacement. Also quoted me almost 10,000$ to run a line to my greenhouse. Was in a pinch on the fridge bc I had a lot of expensive medicine contained within. Dropped price in half if I paid cash. Paid it. Told me everything was fixed perfectly. Said they tested it. The fix did not work. Destroyed all the meds in fridge. They also refused a refund. Had job done by another company for $1300 instead of over 10,000$.

Anthony was great and showed me how to reset my outlet. He gave me your card so I now have an electrician. I used to use Pfarr Electric. Very personable.

First time using this company, would definitely recommend! We had a weird situation at our house with lights that weren’t working but the outlets were hot and Anthony came out took the time to properly diagnose a complicated set up with old wiring. He was super personable and professional. I appreciated the speed and cleanliness of the work.

I also appreciated they were able to get me in on short noticed. Fully satisfied with the experience.

Updated rating: while the repairs were good they were not worth the cost. I did not know a lot about electrical and HES took advantage of that, how do I know? Our insurance company sent out another electrician to look over the work and he estimated the repair costs at less than HALF of what HES charged us. We are now out $10k+. Anyways, we got the card of the other electrician, we recommend Gaffney Electric since it's hard to find trustworthy folks that aren't trying to rob you during a recession.

Important note, High Energy DOES NOT give you an itemized receipt which will cause your insurance suspicion and they in turn will not pay full coverage. We spent about 2 months listening to high energy and our insurance company point fingers at each other as to why things weren't moving along only to find out high energy overcharged us. Don't waste your money here, we are severly disappointed in them and ourselves for trusting.

Original review: When a tree fell on our power line and left us without power on a Sunday morning, they were the only ones who answered the phone and came as immediately as they could without charging an insane fee (one company said to come look at it we had to pay $400).
Anthony was the one who showed up and walked myself and my partner what he was seeing. Effectively, our power box was ripped out of the side of the house because it was not properly mounted by the previous owners. This tore and messed up a lot of wiring within our breaker box. I included a picture of scorch marks found within the box (not included were burn marks around the old panel). He said we were lucky nothing caught fire even without the tree falling on our wire.

Keenan was very fair on pricing, actually cheaper than all 3 quotes I had gotten. Extremely quick and respectful

Keenan and his staff added a Walk in Freezer at our office. The work was completed quickly and on time. I would gladly recommend them.
